They don't answer the phone, called four times yesterday never answered. Set online appointment they called and left a message they didn't have the parts and could not do it if they did. Update they called again to tell they can't fix it. Using SquareTrade. I'll just get it reassigned.

I've never had a bad experience at the store, the young ladies that we get to enjoy while we're there are always pleasant and welcoming. They always get to us right away and always have a smile thanks again you guys.
