Awful!!! If you can find a different pharmacy to go to, I suggest doing so. The employees are terrible. I went to get a breast pump and was told they would call me when they got information, I waited about 3 or 4 days and it concerned me so I called them. Of course I had to call 4 different times and different days and NEVER got a straight answer, it was always "We are waiting to hear from your insurance" (This was Felicia). Finally after 2 weeks of no answers or calls from them I called one last time JUST to be told that they don't take my primary insurace and I needed to go else where. Both my primary and secondary pay for my breast pump, my secondary works directly with them. So I told them to just stop looking into it and I'd go somewhere else and the lady said "okay you have to do that anyways because your primary isn't accepted" How rude is that?? And my primary is United Health Care they are accepted just about everywhere... But I will gladly take my service else where... I went online and it will take about 7-10 business days to deliver it to my house. It's a shame it took 2 weeks for them to tell me that they no longer take my primary... That is information that should be told the FIRST DAY, not telling the customer "oh we are waiting for a answer" knowing they will never get it. They probably never sent my prescription in the first place. Overall rude, lazy, and they don't care. Every time I've called I get attitude because I'm asking questions!! I am due in 4 weeks and I just wasted 2 out of the 4 waiting on an answer I was never going to get. I hope they get shut down as terrible as the service is! I walked in and they already had a bad vibe and I am very upset with how rude someone can be! I'm just trying to be ready by the time my son gets here, NOT several weeks after..... If I could give them a zero or half a star I would.
