Extremely rude employees. Can't even make a payment here on my Wells Fargo loan account. They make it impossible to pay so they can charge fees. Can't pay with any card and they make you leave because they say there is a line and they don't have time to swipe a card. This is a scam to earn more money and these employees are in on it for that little ass paycheck they get!

I will never go back to this Wells Fargo in Arlington on Collins St. again. After waiting in line for 11 minutes the teller comes at 12:05 pm and said we close at 12pm. So I asked why can't you help me because I have been in line since 11:54

Terrible wait time! The teller Lorena made it painful oblivious that she was in no rush and our time/ request were not valuable to her.
I must give my gratitude to the other tellers though, they were more than happy to help the long line and had great attitudes. Thank you guys!

This is the worst ran Wells Fargo. I waited over an hour, when I was told 30 minutes. When the manager finally came out she then told me it would be two more hours! Inconsiderate staff who could care less about other people’s time! They even had an employee putting up a Christmas tree instead of helping customers. I would not recommend this location. .

The only employee from this bank location that gets 5 stars is RUBEN VILLANUEVA. He was helpful right away soon as he walked in and very aware!!!!
Came into this location two days in a row made an appointment soon as I walked in. Waited for over a hour the banks helpers were in no rush to help either day. They seen me waiting was completely ignored. Very poor customer service and helping walking-ins. The teller was great. But my experience at this location was horrible

Attention Manager!
This place is long line everytime i come in and there is only one banker serving 20 people . Waiting time is longer than what you expect . They need to hire more employees at this location to avoid the waiting time !

Long wait time if you're planning to see a banker. Wells Fargo should spend more time and resources to provide a better customer experience. This is ridiculous. I've been thinking about banking someplace else.

This place has a long line every time you come. They need to hire more workers. People want to be in and out at the bank, not 45 minutes for a money order. Hire people, whos the manager of this place? I love wells fargo, but this location is horrible, its just conveniently 2 minutes from my house 😫😫😫😫😫

I made an appointment on the app at 1:00pm, it's almost 2:00pm and no one attends to me. So I'm going to have to leave without being able to get into my safe deposit box. And start looking for another bank.

🤬🤬 Terrible Attention 🤬🤬 According to One Open an Online Account. But if you are a resident, you have to go to the branch to take your papers 🤬🤬 You go and they don't attend you only by appointment. If you stay there They give you the option to leave or wait more than 3 hours. They should put that on Google. 🤬🤬

Flat refused to provide me paper copies of information about their checking and savings accounts, stating they didn’t have any. Banks are required by law to provide paper copies of any information regarding their products and services and this business denies even the ability to do so.
