I like this Branch because it has two easy access drive-thru ATM machines, good lighting at night, and it's close to home. I don't think I've ever had to wait to use one of the drive up ATMs at this location.

Visited the branch to conduct some business for my company and the doors were locked. All drive thrus closed, including the commercial lane. No signs up and there was a large crowd starting to form outside that was upset. No idea what is going on here. Had to drive a few miles to find another branch, which only had 4 people inside working. 1 at the drive thru, 1 at the customer window and two bankers.

?? Terrible Attention ?? According to One Open an Online Account. But if you are a resident, you have to go to the branch to take your papers ?? You go and they don't attend you only by appointment. Third class, ridiculous, irresponsible, inconsiderate and disgusting. They are taking walkins over appointments. I had scheduled appointment. Banker assigned to me had not come in. Nobody bothered to inform me. I took off from work to get here to open account. I was turned away.

This is by far the worst WellsFargo branch I’ve ever visited. The employees are rude, the wait time is ridiculous. I don’t understand why customer service lacks so much here, but it needs to be resolved. Shout out to the worst of them all, Delesha. You really need to work on your service skills.

This location is actually a joke. They don’t accept deposits with loose change, while other branches do. Which means they are choosing to just not count. They also give a huge attitude towards any requests. This has happened several times, not just once.Terrible representation of Wells Fargo here, go to other branches where they do stuff right

Don’t even waste your time going here they are rude and unprofessional! I am standing in line and they have 2 people counting money on one register and another guy assisting with the drive through ( that’s fine I understand training ) one lady advised me she was going to help me I’ma few I told her okay while the other lady standing staring and rolling her eyes at me … another lady walks in and the guy assists her ( I say okay maybe he did not see me standing here ) BUT CONTINUE TO SKIP OVER ME AND ASSIST EVERYONE ELSE While the other 2 ladies are still on this one register. If you see the other ladies are busy why pass me up to assist with everyone else and when I have been standing at the line for 15 minutes

Came today to try to open an account and the guy was talking about that I can do it online myself. I could tell he didn’t want to help after I told him if he could please help me out, after a while I just gave up. I would not be coming to this location anymore.

Wells Fargo as a bank already has a bad reputation and when you add Customer service like Mrs Delesha in the drive through window it’s even more of a terrible experience. Get a new job if your over worked and underpaid Ma’am. You chose this profession, handle it with pride or walk out that door!! I come often because the company I work for banks with them but I hate her customer service, she doesn’t greet you, instead just looks at you. I absolutely hate coming to this location and hopefully in the future they close it down so I don’t have to be treated in such a rude manner!

So I have been here for at least 45 minutes trying to do bank business not at the teller station drive-through. They have this automated system. I completed it as instructed. I get a notice that it did not take. I redo it. And now I am at the bottom of the list. 45 minutes wasted. Every time I enter the bank to discuss it with a teller she is acting as if I'm an inconvenience and a pest. I've never been treated so poorly at Wells Fargo bank in any of the states I have ever lived in. There is no southern Texas charm at this branch. I don't recommend this branch.
