Today I had a bad experience in this branch, absolutely no one could help me get a document for a procedure. I hope the manager pays more attention to his employees and is kinder.

Wells Fargo has been the most difficult bank I’ve had to deal with they have lost my replacement card in the mall at least twice making it very difficult to pay bills to places that only take card there customer service is awful nun of the representative car about anything I have to say and now I went to go deposit cash and they took 150 from me there atms keep grazing and now bcs of there mistake I might be late on bills agian because I have to wait 10 to 15 business days for them to dispute
Something they Caused I may not get to celebrate my birthday now bcs bills come first and I’ve already been working everyday this month just to afford bills and to buy myself a gift bcs I have no one else too I strongly am against banking with Wells Fargo unless you have to bcs Wells Fargo doesn’t car about there customers

Why not update your weekend hours on the internet? I’m sitting at this branch on a Saturday morning right at 9am and you are closed. I came because the web says you are open 9-12. Not acceptable.

I can’t with all the other employees standing around we still waited 20 minutes in line to be called on by the one teller that was working. You need to do better at this location, This is unacceptable and you will lose clients with this slow service.

Not sure what’s happened to this branch, but it’s gone soooo downhill. A few days ago, I got to this branch around 4:35pm since I can’t get off earlier because of work. Well as soon as I get there, I notice there are no bankers ANYWHERE and no lobby leaders like there always used to be (which would’ve been super helpful and could’ve avoided the whole mess that came after). So I sit down and even scan the QR code in their lobby to join their waitlist to see a banker which notifies me that there are no people waiting in front of me. I sit there for a while and finally see two people come out from behind the teller line, one of them which I know is the branch manager. Neither acknowledges me and then they go back behind the teller line. I let it go because I’m assuming they’re really busy and maybe short-staffed and then the branch manager passes right by me twice and again doesn’t acknowledge me at all. So finally I decide to get in line to see a teller which I didn’t need and when I get to the front of the line, I let the girl know I need to switch the type of savings account I’m in and she tells me she is a banker herself and also does teller duties and then tells me she did see me sitting there and was going to go check with me to see what I needed, but wasn’t sure so she didn’t which makes no sense.. had she done that, I wouldn’t have gotten turned away. So she tells me she’ll have to make me an appointment, because since they’re “technically closed now” she can’t go over the products with me which again makes no sense. I got there at 4:35. Since when do they just turn people away because it’s a little past 5 even if they got there over 20 mins before 5? Mind you, I didn’t need to open a new account or anything. Just needed to switch to a different type of savings account which I know doesn’t take long because I used to be a banker at WF and left not even 2 years ago. I then ask her if an appointment was required to see a banker because I can’t get off before 4:30 which is when their last appointment is available and she tells me it’s just easier on them and continued to discourage me from just coming in as a walk-in. I asked her one more time if she really couldn’t help me switch my account at the moment and she tells me again that she can’t. Then they suggested I go to the branch on Camp Wisdom in Grand Prairie next time since it’s closest to my house and they have a lot more bankers and then seemed almost too happy that they didn’t have to help me. Sorry, I don’t usually complain about my experiences, but this was so frustrating. They were unorganized, lacked so much professionalism, and were straight up lazy about it.

Ever since the pandemic, their service has become unbearable. They have very few tellers working and the ones that they do are Not enthusiastic at all about their job or helping their customers. Long lines

I try to avoid coming in because they’re always under staffed. One single transaction takes forever.

Long wait times in the commercial lane.I don't understand how they do their staffing when you typically have 1 person working multiple lanes. You’ll be here waiting forever.

No atm inside and the only one outside is broken, always a long wait as well. It’s 5:44 pm and this location is useless right now.
