helloNormally, I have a great experience at Winco. Today, though at the register, I'm the same happy calm person that I normally am. The young lady with the ponytail puffball blonde is red hair was very rude to me. I will say this Black people should respect Black people. I saw this young girl not speak to me even after I said that she was rude. She continue to be that way, but the next person was white and she was very kind to her customer service near customer service people.

Check your meat before you buy it. If you try to return it WITH receipt out of luck. I tried to return rotten meat 2 days after I bought it and was quickly turned around. I then emailed the company was told I would get a response in 3 business days. That was in November still waiting

Well, it took a bit, however THEY got it! I went in the store as I have been since it opened and when my total was reached I wrote my check as I always have - only to be told "we are not accepting checks for more than $200" Oh, I said, "I did not see the sign or was told prior to now that this was your policy." Even my cashier had no knowledge of their NEW POLICY. So what's a shopper to do? I was told I could "put away the overage" I just spent an hour collecting my weekly food expenditure - I'm not about to put anything back. I was expecting to hear "we'll honor it today (the check) but remember, we have a new policy, no check written for more than $200." Fortunately I was carrying some cash for the difference. As I was packing my groceries away I felt they should have honored the check ONE time only since I AM a regular, so I went to customer service to let them know I felt I was not satisfied with the way it was handled and the Assistant Manager was non forgiving. I explained the BEST way is to PUT SIGNS ON ENTRANCES with new policy to make a difference, apologize for not honoring my check and making me pay with the few dollars I had reserved for my grandkids lunches. Finally the young LEAD cashier, ANNABELLE stepped up and offered me a Winco gift card for the difference I had paid, YESSS, thank you. A customer's satisfaction means a RETURN customer. I was ready to call it quits there after the Assistant Manager Keith, said he didn't know who else to contact about this incident because I made it clear, I could have walked out WITHOUT the groceries because of their NEW POLICY that I was unaware of because I always spend more than $200 a week on purchases there. THANK YOU to ANNABELLE for her sharp conclusion to this unfortunate situation and of course I'll be back for more purchases!

Winco is the place to go for just about anything you need. The bulk section gives sprouts and central market a run for its money! Not to mention this place is employee owned meaning shopping ensures your money goes right back into our community!

I don't visit Winco often, but I'm now seeing we have one in NRH, I'm sure I will frequent them more often. I stopped by before the Winter storm and I must say, I was impressed by the fact they were fully stocked. The few times I've visited, the store was always clean and very organized. Just remember, they do not take credit cards. The day I went, I guess someone missed the signs and had to leave a full cart to be placed back on the shelves.

Cheap and clean. They really have some great deals and lots of stuff in bulk. Watch for some that's not really on sale but for the most part it's a great affordable place to shop. However.... They don't take credit cards so don't fill up a basket and spend a hour shopping before you find out. Didn't see a sign anywhere. Yep it happened to me once. I'll stay away from this place for awhile. Also don't get stuck in the bulk isles or the fresh ground peanut butter. It will suck you in. Haha I'll Still give them a good star review. I mean I can't be that way... just because I had a frustrating situation.... even the employees where nice. Guess I'll Go across the street to Wally World. If I don't end up at Ross or Ashley's.

Racist management. Called the cops on people of color and made false accusations about them carrying guns. And in this climate we all know the effects that those accusations can create. Whoever was in charge of management should be fired and fined for false reporting/ misuse of 911 calls.

I used to love WinCo but my recent visit was very disappointing. There was no tri tip or riblets in the meat section and your chip section particularly the pork rinds we're not fully stocked. Majority of the food on our list we weren't able to get. The prices seemed to have gone up too high too i was disappointed and will stick to Kroger unless this store improves.

Winco is the very best place to buy groceries. Even during this pandemic, their shelves are stocked. The store is clean and the employees are friendly and courteous. We love Winco!

I was so happy when I shopped today! I have been here a few times but the meat counter today was the best I've ever seen! I'll be back again.
