I came with my daughter to look for a formal dress for an event she is attending. Stephanie Helped us out choose the perfect dress with the perfect heels!!! They were pretty busy & she was multi-tasking helping another girl but she checked up on us & managed to help us out too!!! Good customer service is rare now in days. Will definitely be coming back to this location!!

I walked in to do an online return, and the girl handling it never greeted me or said a single word or never made eye contact. I had to ask for my return receipt, and she rudely said, “It’s emailed,” while doing something else. Very poor customer service.

service is meh. i come there quite often, and sometimes it’s decent, sometimes you will be ignored. the manager is nice though!
once again, cute clothes but the workers act like it’s a burden to say hello..

Bad customer service, doesn’t let my boyfriend come to the dressing room “outside” of the door to see the shirt i put on and gives him a face! Doesn’t tell this guy that went inside nothing…

We just were here today and I will never go there again my husband was waiting for me to try and dress on and was standing back away from the dressing rooms I went to come out the Chinese lady starts rasing her voice at my husband telling him get back away from the dressing rooms first of all curtains are closed second of all my husband was no where near anyone there was no reason for her to yell like that I told her and the manager I wont ever step foot in this store again

Got here on a Wednesday. It says 10am open time. They did not open store until 11am. Dressing rooms are awful cant even close the curtain. Ppl can literally see you changing. Not to mention they have this harsh light above your head that makes everything look like trash.

I will never ever shop here again and do not recommend anyone shop here. I came out with my daughters to get a couple dresses. Horrible costumer service (Laureana P.) I waited in line for the cashier to check out costumer in front of me waited over 10 minutes then after waiting get skipped and she calls another costumer who had just got in line on the opposite side. I asked the lady why I was skipped if I had waited and was ignored. When it was finally my turn I ask to speak to a manager which was no help what so ever and actually laughed in my face. After all that they threw all 3 dresses in one bag instead of putting them in the individual ones like they normally do. Very unprofessional will never go back. I wonder if the owners even care that their employees treat their costumers like that.

Loreana I believe is her name, was told to ring me up and completely ignored her managers orders. She looked me straight in the eyes and continued to fix a clothing rack. I know y'all close in 39 minutes but let me get out of here too. Im trying to get out of your store just as much as you! I understand it was something small but I wouldn't want her to continue this behavior.

Why is the dressing room door a napkin. They don’t stay closed and the Velcro is old. Or doesn’t stick and you could be nude while your door has opened

A lovely clean and very busy store with lots of very tendy feminine styles that say glam! Saw a lot of homecoming dresses, night club dresses, and casual dresses with people all shopping them. Corset and waist cincher styles seem to be in currently (Nov. 11, 2022), at least that's what I saw a lot of. They also had plenty of costume jewelry that paired well with their looks.I just went in for browsing and it was nice to see the styles they have. I feel inspired for some late fall fashion after seeing all of their styled mannequins. The clothes that the mannequins were wearing were also close at hand on nearby racks, it was a very organized store in that regard.
