What bad service led me to change my screen, which cost $90 and not even 48 hours had passed and the screen was only half visible, the other half was blurry, they gave me a bad one, I returned it back and they told me yes, they would replace it. The screen was failing, I had to wait for another screen to arrive, but when I checked it, they didn't glue the screen properly and just by putting the cover on my phone, it broke, what a shame that they scam people by putting Bad screens, because since the bad screen that they put on my phone broke, it no longer had a warranty and they told me that I had to pay $70 more to change it again, I lost my money and my time👎👎👎

Had phone screen replaced and back replaced too. They didn't replace it with the same back color (minor inconvenience). Screen feels cheap as well as the back. After replacing them, front camera got blurry (even though it worked perfectly fine before but didn't want to argue).
After closer inspection, rear camera was not even cleaned before replacing back cover. Not a good job done overall.

Brought my Iphone in for a screen repair. They replaced the screen and then the phone would not turn on. They blame it on me and says that the phone didn't turn on in the first place. Why would I want to replace a screen on a phone that doesn't turn on? That doesn't make any sense. They broke my phone and refuse to replace it. Will never go here! DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE FOR ANYTHING! They are liars and scammers.

Came here twice to get my iPhone 6 fixed and both times they had great customer service and were very helpful. If I ever crack my screen again I’ll definitely be coming back !

Worst experience. Please do not take your phone here, my advice would be to seek an alternative to this store. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL THEIR REPAIR IS OFF BRAND, THAT IS WHY YOU. DO NOT GO. IF THE PHONE REPAIR DOES NOT WORK THEY WILL TELL YOU TOO BAD, ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY, YOU ARE STUCK. THE LADIES AT THE FRONT REPEAT THIS TO YOU. THE LADY MANAGER IS RUDE, SHE TOLD US THAT EVEN THOUGH OUR PHONE HAS NOT BEEN REDEEMED TO THE ORIGINAL FUNCTIONALITY WE HAVE PAID AND THAT IS AN AGREEMENT FOR NO REFUND. KEEP IN MIND WE HAD TO GO BACK ANFD FORTH 6 Times to the store in less than 48 hours. Each time was to get the same issue resolved. I do not think any good company would consider this good service. This is unacceptable and inconveniencing. I rarely if ever give reviews but had to for this one to save others a bad experience and loosing their money.
