Workout Anytime North Arlington is a 24-hour fitness center offering member access to all its locations nationwide. The facility is very nice, clean, well-maintained, and never too crowded. It features rows of cardio equipment, Matrix strength training, a dedicated plate weight area, dumbbells, and specialized machines like the reACT Eccentric Core Trainer. Amenities include indoor tanning, HydroMassage units, an Infrared Sauna, an airPHX air purification system, shower and locker facilities, free Wi-Fi, and an outdoor turf area. Members appreciate the knowledgeable certified personal trainers, free classes, and the Styku 3-D scanner for tracking progress with a premium membership. The staff is consistently described as awesome, welcoming, helpful, kind, relaxed, and amazing, often making members feel they belong. However, some inconsistencies are noted regarding membership promises, quotes, and service, particularly with after-hours access to certain premium amenities. Parking is not a problem. Overall, it is a highly recommended gym considered the best in the area by many, with a personal atmosphere and top-notch equipment for achieving fitness goals.
I just started going to this gym and I want to shout out Ms.Ki!! Very warm and welcoming. Makes me want to return to the gym :)

Mona was very helpful…. I am in a bad spot and needed to cancel but didn’t want to and she suggested I freeze my account till I get back on my feet…. Forever grateful
