Look, I don't even have the energy to articulate terrible this company is! Just know that any positive reviews about this company are 100% fake. This company is gallingly bad! Prepare to be scratching your head and bewildered about the outright audacity of them wasting your time and lying to you! If you complain, they will just deny and lie. Don't take my word for it. Stop looking at these unvetted Google reviews and go look at BBB, Yelp, Trust Pilot, etc. The one-star reviews are endless. If this doesn't convince you, just trying calling their customer service number and get a preview of what's ahead. They don't even pretend to care . I will no longer buy appliances at Costco because they use this deplorable company.

Worst communication among employees ever. They already picked up the shipment 6 months ago. During the pickup, they rescheduled it. So they continued to hound me about picking up something they already picked up. Thought that was straight after a few calls, but they have since resumed texting about picking up the very same order. I'm amazed they are still in business with these poor practices.

Arrived on time. I felt bad my Roommate didn’t check her text heads up empty fridge now on the way. So grabbed the cooler emptied pronto. They know their job were careful & courteous and straight to it. Great team work Guys! Thanks

The men who installed my washing machine were very courteous and efficient, so I am giving one star, but everything else about the delivery was highly frustrating. With dirty clothes piling up we needed a fast delivery and I chose ordering directly from LG because they could deliver the next Saturday. Then on Friday night we received a text that our delivery was postponed and I needed to reschedule. So 30 minutes on the phone, I rescheduled for Monday. Then I received a text that Monday that my delivery was now ready for scheduling. So another 30 minute phone call and I rescheduled delivery for the soonest day, Thursday. Then I received a text on Tuesday that I still hadn't rescheduled and needed to do so. So I rescheduled via text this time for the same Thursday. Then on Thursday I received another text that my delivery was canceled and I needed to reschedule, which I did via text for the following Saturday. Finally, the washing machine arrived on that date. I should have ordered it through Home Depot.

They wasted my entire day. They said they would be delivering within a 4 hour window and they call me at the very end of my window and tell me that they will be two hours late and then they call again and ask me to reschedule. Unacceptable!

Update: I have amended my rating to give an extra star for the exceptional help I received from Thomas, Senior Specialist, Customer Accounts. He was able to figure out they had the wrong phone number on file for me and that is why it wasn't being delivered. The man who made the delivery was also polite and professional. I am leaving my review up because the problem would not have been fixed if not for this review, since neither of my calls to customer service fixed the phone number issue.
I don't go out of my way to leave negative reviews unless it's warranted. I don't fault a service for being slow if it's honest and transparent, but this business is neither.
I was supposed to have something delivered Thursday (not installed, just delivered). I received an email saying it was delayed but would still be delivered. Then I received an email falsely claiming it was delivered.
The next morning I called customer service and they said I needed to reschedule delivery to the following Monday. Nothing showed up. I called customer service again and they said the drivers were returning my item (not delivering it). Customer service said they will try to reschedule again and ended the call.
I don't know if it was just stolen (by an employee or the company) or they just like to lie to customers, and at this point I don't care. RXO has stolen two whole working days from me with no compensation and not even an excuse. I'm going to report this everywhere applicable.

Terrible customer service.
Part of the service provided was to haul away my old mattress. I was told that someone would be by to get it in 20 minutes as their truck was full. No one ever showed up. I spent hours on the phone with customer service, and I received no resolution. I continued to be placed on hold, and no one could escalate my issue to someone who may be able to help. Instead, I’m left with a king size mattress in my front yard due to RXO’s lack of care, and they have no intent of assisting me.

The guys did a great job. They had to carry a wash tower up two very awkward flights of steps and then hook up a new heat pump dryer. Both things done without a single bump or scratch. Now, let’s hope the LG wash tower is as good as the reviews.

Purchased TV from samsung and it was delivered by RXO. They were supposed to install it well but said mount purchased from samsung is not secure and suggested to buy another one and reschedule installation.
so far I have scheduled installation 4 time and everytime they cancel installation on the scheduled day and reschedule again. This is worst logistic company samsung could partnered with.

The delivery team was top-notch and extremely friendly, professional, and resourceful! Highly recommend!
The reason for the 4 out of 5 stars was due to the scheduling of the delivery, which had to be rescheduled twice. The first time because the truck broke down, and then a second time because they were overbooked on the next possible day. This ultimately lead to my delivery taking an extra 5 days than originally planned. The call center representatives were very professional about it all, but it still would have been nice to have some sort of consolation for extra time it took to get my mattress to me.
