To say that the Bayou City Brokers, specifically Morgan Marley went above and beyond would be an understatement! She was always there to answer any questions, give advice, as well as being patient with me and my wife as we looked at many houses, also was happy to explain everything that goes into purchasing a house, and we were very novice so there was a lot to explain! Her walking us through everything was very understandable and easy to grasp which enlightened us and showed us house buying is actually not as difficult as one might think. She understood my requirements and ensured the houses shown met them. After negotiating the purchase, she continued to be supportive until the house closed.
