If its a little hard to find, check here first and check in often when in the Kingwood area. Pricing has always been fair, even on the hard to get bottles.”

“I normally have very good things to say about this place, but when I came inside to pick up an order today there were four cashiers standing around the checkout and talking. I walked up to them and told them that I needed to pick up an online order. The woman closest to me replied: “Sorry, I'm off the clock sweetie.” While I believe she intended for it to be a joke, that is not how customers should be spoken to. She also continued to talk about what she said to me to one of the other cashiers right in front of me. She should have let her other coworkers assist me and not said anything at all. This whole situation was unprofessional and inappropriate.”

“Stop in about every two weeks. Good prices- especially for a local liquor store. For what i purchase they charge retail pricing you'd find at large chain stores maybe a dollar more. So save your gas and stop in. Fast check out -no line 99% of time. Unless you stop in at 6pm on friday you might be 4th in line. Van is knowledgeable and always there. If they don't have it ask. He even took a list from me to try to stock. And has started stocking at least 4 off the list.”

“This is my favorite liquor store! The people are so helpful and nice plus they always let me know if they have any specials on things I may like. It is only 2 mins from my house so that is the cherry on top. Very knowledgeable owners and kind as well. I never go anywhere else. Very competitive pricing as well. “They have one of the friendliest staff I've experienced for a Total Wine! They are well stocked and the selection was good. I called to verify my small dog could go inside with us, I carried him with no problems. The 2hr drive was well worth it! The parking lot is shared by other stores, so it can be crowded, no issue for us walking tho.”

“Sunny's is jam-packed with liquor.. probably because it's a pretty small store. It isn't going to have everything like the largest chain in Houston, but it does have a decent selection of scotch and a whole aisle full of those "buy some liquor and we will give you some free stuff packages" that you normally see at Christmas time. The store also has a reasonable selection of cigars and cigarillos if you are looking for something like that. Pricing in terms of whether or not it's the lowest price around is mixed. I have seen some brands that are cheaper than the largest chain in town and some that were quite a bit higher so you are going to have to know your brand and the competition if you want to know if you are getting a good deal or not. Service. It's a one man operation but the owner is friendly and if you spend the right amount, he may throw in a goody, like a free shaker for making martinis and such (I have been given two so far).”
