I placed an order around a week ago. My delivery drivers name was Zach. Zach helped himself to a tip or his manager Angie did I called the store and talked to the store manager Ryan at least that’s what I was told I asked for the district manager to call me back And I have received no such call. I received a refund for my order including the tip that he stole from me. My $10 rewards that I used were refunded to me But then expired the very next day, which makes it useless! Do not order from the store because they steal, and they support the people that steal! If this was truly escalated to the district manager, the decency of a phone call because your employee stole from me was not given! Zach has supposedly worked there for over four years. Imagine how many people he’s stolen from or the manager, Angie that processes the receipts every night it’s one of the two.

I ordered online 10/18/2023 around 630pm, delivery guy didn't get to house until around 8pm, then pizzas were already out of pizza bag with no label! Usually a good location but not on this one!

The past three times I have got a pizza from here they put the pepperoni under the cheese! The last 2 times I have specifically asked that they do not do that. I EMPHASIZED it today and they act like they have no idea what I’m talking about. I get my pizza today and low and behold the pepperoni is under the cheese, making them soggy! This will be that last time I get pizza from here. Iv never had a pizza with pepperoni under the cheese!! Who even does that?! Never will I come back!

Placed an order over the phone gave my payment and was told the order went through and it would be delivered in 30 minutes. Waited an hour and hadn’t received any call or received my order so I called back and was told I’d have to call the other extension on the number because my order never placed but when I placed my order everything was set up and I was told I’d get my order by 8:25. How did I get an estimated delivery of it was never placed. The man that told me it never placed is also the man that took my order to begin with. He knows it was placed. It’s now 9 and I can’t even cancel my order (that was never placed, his words) or talk to a manager because he doesn’t do that.. The lack of customer service was astounding.

I am extremely disappointed. One only was my order made wrong and I did not complain, but the fact that my delivery driver took it upon himself to add in a tip is unacceptable. I called the location and I was told by management he would contact the driver. I am like sure the driver is going to tell you that he stole from a customer. Management told me that the tip could be returned, but I had to go get it. TF. This is complete crazy and I am flabbergasted by everything that happened.

I want to specifically state that this five star review does not belong to Papa John’s itself nor the call center. This five star review belongs to Fabian the assistant store manager at location 7591 Farm to Market 1960 Rd E, Atascocita, TX 77346.Fabian went above and beyond to help assist me in finding my order. It got to a point though where Fabian had his hands tied. His system would only allow him to do so much. This led to several phone calls back-and-forth calling different locations in the area as well as the Call Center, VERY FRUSTRATING only to be told no one could find my order and that now I had to wait an additional 15 minutes or so for the call center to find the location my order was placed at. My order was placed well over an hour ago we are actually approaching about two hours now. Highly agitated I called back to the location Fabian is at. I explain to him what the call center had told me and he was able to then find the error The call center made. Apparently this Has been an ongoing issue with the call center.I run a Harley Davidson dealership my level of customer service is superb and I expect the same and nothing less. I highly advise that Papa John’s looks into this call-center and maybe revise their business plan as far as receiving and distributing orders.Fabian needs to be recognized for his level of customer service as well as his ability to be fast and efficient at getting me my order, nice and hot and fresh.Thank you Fabian! 100⭐️
