Took my toddler there a month ago to get a haircut and I think I could have done a better job . I guess if your going to do a walk in make sure the lady has good reviews or you will wish you stayed home

I’ve visited this location several times and normally have a great experience, but today was very disappointing. I called this morning to schedule an appointment for my son, and as soon as the front desk person answered, it felt like I was inconveniencing her. After scheduling, I thanked her and wished her a great day, but she responded with a dismissive “Mmmhmm” and hung up.
I called back to ask why she had hung up so rudely, and instead of addressing my concern calmly, she began raising her voice and insisting that I “listen to her” since I had asked a question. When I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager, she again told me I needed to listen to her. At that point, the conversation was going nowhere, so I asked to cancel my appointment.
It’s unfortunate, because I’ve had positive experiences here before, but I refuse to give my business to a company that allows such unprofessional behavior toward customers. I will not be returning.

Had a great experience with my son’s haircut. Very affordable, very kind, and was going above and beyond. My son has a hard time with haircuts and Rachel gave him toys and gave him candy. She showed my son that the clippers wouldn’t hurt him and was overall great. Will always come back to her specifically. GO TO RACHEL!!! Will not be disappointed :)

Rachael did an amazing job with our son! He really wasn’t in the mood for a haircut, but she handled it with so much patience and kindness. She made the whole experience smooth, and he came out looking great! We truly appreciate the care she showed!

We stopped going for awhile because our favorite stylist left. We went back today and Rachel didn’t disappoint on both my son and daughter’s hair!

Congrats to Ms. Rachael on her haircut on my autistic child. Very lucky to find experience, patience and the way she handled it from beginning to end. Definitely will be back again and again. Excellent job for a child on severe spectrum, fully recommend.

Loved it here! This place is very good for kids (and mom’s lol). Ask for Rachael - she was our stylist and she was so Amazing! Rachael and the staff there were all so patient and caring - Rachael really took her time and even let my toddler , who is 4, take a break when needed. As this was my son’s first haircut outside the home we were very nervous because he can be a screamer - but they were prepared! They have a small toy store inside , lollipops, tvs at every station, a game console , and the barber chairs are actual cars and my son loved it! We have 3 boys so haircut days can get a bit crazy at home and we just wanted a little relief! And Shear Madness definitely came through for us! Will be coming here again for sure!

When looking into getting my sons haircut, I wanted to make sure that he had the best experience possible. We did a lot of research. Due to his being deaf and 15 monyhs old, we wanted to make sure we found someone that was patient so that we could sign to him and create the best scenario. We made an appointment online and we were able to change our stylist with a quick call explaining the situation. We absolutely loved our experience. Rachel was amazing! She was very calm and patient. He had his little entourage of grandparents and they made us all feel welcome. He left with NO tears and happy. He now somehow looks cuter than before. The first haircut option was perfect to leave with before and after photos, a locket of hair, and some keepsakes for his baby book.

2nd bad experience with the front customer service lady, was on the phone the whole entire time. Did not greet my husband and son and was just pointed to go to the back. Like I said 2nd bad experience! Front desk lady is rude! and I hope this review helps other families rethink about taking their family to this place.

I’m very disappointed with this location especially because it’s for kids ……. Which means everyone should have patience when working with them
My son obviously doesn’t like to get a haircut all the ladies that have given his haircut have been wonderful patient and understanding but the last time I took him he was having a fit ….. an employee there or manager not sure she was at the Register only was rolling her eyes and even stop the lady giving my son a haircut to tell me and her we are doing things wrong but kept talking and shaking her head saying omg obviously expressing she was annoyed by my son ….. mind you she was wearing an autism t-shirt …. This is why it a kids place shouldn’t they expect this I also leave them a good tip because I now they struggled with him but after this time not sure if I’ll ever go back ……

This was my second time bringing my kids here and it was great! All the staff members are very patient and work well with the kids. My oldest is on the spectrum and hates haircuts but they do the best they can. I love how they offer any kids show as well at each station.

We took our 13-month-old son for his very first haircut—and it was our first time visiting this place as well. We chose the Baby’s First Haircut package, which included a keepsake pamphlet with before-and-after photos and a little bag with his hair, perfect for preserving the memory.
He did so well, and he looks like such a big kid now! A huge thank you to the staff for making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. They did a fantastic job. We’ll definitely be coming back!
