Needed assistance with setting up a shipment remotely to get a laptop returned. The 3 different employees that helped me throughout the day, went out of their way to assist with this and made the process easy, I didn't have to reexplain what was going on each time they kept each other informed of what I needed. As a business from Crosby, I will make the drive to patronize UPS store 6610 for any of my in store needs in the future.

The fellows working here have no clue what they are doing. I felt like I had to do the job for them. They had trouble completing the customer in front of me so they switched computers to complete his transaction. But when I came to the register next the guy tells me my barcode is blurry. So he Can’t scan it. He gave Absolutely no other alternative or attempted to assist. So as the customer I had to problem solve, I went back to my car to get another extra copy of my printing label. Went back in the store. Had to wait in line AGAIN. I ended up at a different register and the other guy scans the previously bar code and it goes through instantly. The original worker should have used a different machine. He didn’t put any effort in to even assist or resolve the problem. Note to the gentlemen. My barcode was not blurry. Your machine did not work properly. Therefore, it was your job to resolve the issue. NOT the customer.

Went in yesterday needing a pkg to go NEXT DAY, they offered me next day am, which was great.. paid for a small envelope approx $62.. AND the email I got hours later was the ups store sent it 2nd day.. the one reason I gave it 1 star is because I had to put something. Why is it now I need to make sure someone who is doing a job I am the one that needs to make sure they are doing it right. I paid money for nothing. The envelope needed to be there TODAY. Just checked it's still in Texas. So pissed

Dropped off a package Saturday afternoon, the store did not create a label until Monday and did not get it processed until Wednesday. We paid for 3 day shipping and the package was to be expected to arrive on a Thursday. The package was then lost and after speaking with UPS customer service we were told that the original drop off location would have to initiate an investigation for the package. When we personally contacted the store we were told by the employees that they could not do anything and their only solution was to give us the customer service line. Fast forward to Friday we the issue was escalated since it had been 3 days since the package was last scanned. The customer service team then tried to contact the original store as well (this location) and they refused to put in an investigation for the package claiming the original delivery time had not passed, which is false as the package should have been delivered Thursday. The customer service team had no other choice but to get me in contact directly with the investigation team so that they could escalate the issue.

I love feedback specially good feedback. We don’t ever hear the good stuff. But this location has always been great at their customer service and speed.

Place doesn’t know what they are doing. Unluckily got the same girl twice back to back going in there. First time it took her 20 min to even type in the shipping stuff and she seemed confused. Second time with a different package she said she couldn’t ship to a PO Box…. Like what?….. I called other ups locations and they were baffled. They need more training here.

Never again will I use this store for a return. Twice now I returned items to Amazon, at this store, and they say they never received it. Amazon charged me back for the items as they had already refunded me.
Fortunately their competitor across the street now does Fed Ex and UPS returns.
UPDATE: 1 of the packages Amazon claimed they never received was originally delivered to me via USPS. The clerk made me take a picture of the label from my original delivery as he said he couldn't track the return.
Well today, I received the item I returned, in my mailbox. All the clerk did was tape it back up (with no return shipping label) and drop it in the bin for the USPS pickup. It came right back to me. While I'm glad I can try to return it again, I'm beyond disbelief at the inadequacy of the clerk.

I dropped off a USPS package here since they claim it is a drop off location. I gave them my package but now it is lost since USPS state they never received it. I contacted the store and they claim that USPS picked it up but there's no way to verify that. USPS can't do squat since it was surrendered to UPS, and UPS claim that it was handed over to USPS - so now I lost money on that delivery. Avoid this location for USPS drop off!!!

They should replace staff or shut down. Poorly ran. Came in and asked for a box they were throwing out, they ignored me for 5 minutes then said no. Wanted a notary and they said they couldn't do it because there was no place on the paper to do it....went to the UPS in Summerwood and got both done in less than 30 minutes. The staff is incompetent.

The customer service at this location is horrible. One worker was assisting a customer with a lengthy transaction. Two other workers were talking to one another while customers were in line waiting. When the line started to increase in customer size, a worker finally addressed us. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. Now I know why the ratings for this location are not that great. Like others have commented, customer service training is needed at this location.
