I went to lone star eye care to get my exam. Everything was great. The whole experience was destroyed by the super intense woman at the visionworks. We had to pick up our new prescription and this lady was trying to upsell everything. Intensely and uncontrollably. All we wanted what to pick up our prescription and she would not give it to us because she was trying to sell contacts and glasses. Don't think I will be back just because of her...

Mrs. Irina was so helpful! My husband had a glasses emergency and the screw fell out when we were in the middle of moving! It was a Sunday and most optometrists are closed. We tried to fix it ourselves but none of the screws fit. I called around and Mrs. Irina was the only person to answer the phone. She said she could fix the glasses for me the same day with no charge! I appreciate her sweet demeanor and diligence in trying approximately 6 different sized screws to repair his glasses. Her kindness could not have come at a better time because we were able to make some progress in the move once his glasses were repaired. Thank you!!!

The ladies here are the sweetest, funniest, most helpful people I've met in a while. They went above and beyond to help me find my frames when I was having problems. They helped me find the best deal with my insurance plan and budget for my contacts, charged my phone, and gave my grumbling stomach a snack. I will definitely be coming back, and recommending all my 4eyed friends come here too. <3

Thank you for running a very professional office. I had a great experience. My glasses were hurting me and the staff quickly remedy the problem. I was glad that they didn’t give me any grief when they had to remake my glasses. When all was said and done they didn’t charge me a penny.
