Typical female office manager who hates other women so she won't let you know (if your a woman) if they have a particular tree, even though they have an inventory list online. She is so unkind to women, she won't tell them/me to just look there, rather rudely tells me to have my landscaper men call her. I have 20-30K to spend on large trees and I certainly won't let my landscaper spend MY money at Aldridge.

The female staff don't understand who their customers are and who provides the money for their paychecks. This is not the landscapers! If the a paying customer/end user wants to know if you have an Arizona cypress, just f'n say "yes" or "no"! Price is the only detail to withhold when you wholesale.

Never would I ever do business with this company even if I was able too!!Rude! Lousy customer service!!Told me I shouldn't have his phone number because he doesn't sell to the public...I googled plant nursery's near me and this place popped up! Told me I can't always get what I want and I've been couped up inside for too long!!We're wanting to plant trees for my sis who passed away! She was allergic to Oak and she loved trees that changed colors!! Yess I told him this after he was rude and that's when he said I shouldn't even have his number!!

Wonderful wholesale nursery with healthy trees , fruit trees and flowering shrubs. Great selection for any landscape or garden needs! Top notch sales team and customer service . I love visiting this place and plan on doing so in the near future. Highly recommend!

What an an amazing wholesale nursery experience. They went beyond their call of duty. After hearing about my bad day experience, Tom truly went out of his way to make sure my day ended on a positive note. Cant say THANK YOU enough to everyone. What an amazing and outstanding team. Good old-fashioned Nursery been around since 1936 so they're doing something right! They don't always have perfectly consistent material, but their prices are fair and all the people I have met there are very friendly
