Well it's been a month now that I've been looking for a refill in my area no luck every bin that are located at these convenience stores are full of empty bottles. So I can not get a filled tank . I call the company and ask for a refund of the tank was placed on hold and not once but twice and all for nothing they eventually hung up on me very bad business practice won't be doing any business with these guys again I will just take my tanks and money to ferrellgad

I’ve been waiting for over 3 months to get a $75 refund. Every time I call I get a different story - paperwork was lost, takes 3-6 months, it was never expedited, it never was submitted even tho I had a confirmation number, it’s in progress, \u0026 so on. A huge National company \u0026 you can’t pay $75!!! This has been a terrible company \u0026 that’s why we got a new one. Oh, after 11/2 yrs they came looking for the tank we rented! I’d called 10 times for them to come pick it up \u0026 they never would!! WE had to dispose of it finally since we had a new tank installed.

I wouldn’t give this company a star. They can’t meet the needs of their customers. They forget about the majority of their customers. Residential customers are not very important to them and they Charge way to much

Stay away from this company it has gone down hill bad bad!! We have paid this company and they have yet to come out and it's been a month they stole our money and wont give it to us so I will have to call my bank now... They don't call you back and you speak to managers and record them and they say we dont have that person here and we played the recording yes I had to start recording and they disconnect... STAY AWAY

Amerigas used to be fine, but it's gotten terrible over the years. Last year they told me my tank could fall over and that they would come the next day to fix it. I ripped out a bush to help them, but they didn't show. I called, left notes on the door (no customer interaction due to covid). We sold the house, new owners were wise enough to switch companies,now we get a bill to have the tank moved off their property. It's just better to get in with another company.

Do NOT deal with this company. I spoke to service rep on the phone, promised he could have me supplied within a couple days, took a week for the safety inspector (who was very professional and courteous) to come out, who promised he could have a delivery within a couple days. Another week later I call, and they have lost the safety inspection. Beyond disappointing. In the meantime, 7-14 days to get a refund that I paid up front. This is a customer service embarrassment.

This is the second time we have had to repeatedly call and plead for propane delivery. We scheduled delivery and they did not deliver. We are below 5% propane in the tank. I called yesterday and after talking to 2 people waited on hold for 36 min to talk to a supervisor. She routed me to emergency delivery she said but I was hung up on. I called back and explained my issue yet again and was told it would be delivered again today. We called this morning to check and were told no deliveries would be made today. It is 17 degrees and we will run out today. A cruel joke is you call in and the recording says we care about out customers' safety and well being....clearly not.

I purchased a refill tank from Bigs corner store.The tank was expensive and had less gas than Blue Rhino.AmeriGas lasted 3 days, blue Rhino lasted more than 2 weeks.Blue Rhino is also half the price for a refill.AmeriGas refills are available 3 miles from my home, where Blue Rhino is in the next town.I much rather go to the next town to get my gas than use a company who cheats their customers.

I've been a customer for a couple years now, and all was good until today. I contracted them to install a second tank for my new pool, and they were supposed to install this morning. When they didn't show, I called in to see what was up. The manager then told me he wasn't going to do it because I cussed out his techs when they were out at my house. The problem is, I have never talked to any of their techs, and they haven't come out to even look at the install site. I just sent them pictures of where it's going. I understand backing your employees, but I have a feeling his employees were lying to him. Hopefully they realize this was another customer that was rude, and make amends, but from the way the manager treated me today, I won't hold my breath.

I hadn't checked the tank in a while, and found out we were on fumes the day before a bone-chilling "hard-freeze for days" kind of cold fronts was coming in. I called in a panic, and while they couldn't promise when they would be able to come fill the tank, the calm manner in which they handled the call helped me to not panic so much. Then just a couple of hours later, the driver came to the door to let me know the tank was filled!!! I called immediately to thank everyone at the office after thanking the driver for coming out so quickly. Thank you so much for such outstanding service!
