I walked in and was greeted by Juan. He came out and tested my battery, told me it was bad, and even replaced it for me. Overall very professional and awesome at his job. ABC is now my go to place thanks to Juan.

When I first walked in & asked the first employee I saw if he'd step outside to take a look at my battery so I'd know what to do was a man named Jaun. Jaun's negative facial expression pretty much told me he didn't want to be bothered with me & my problematic battery... He told me he just needed to know what kind of vehicle it was. I told him the type vehicle & he said I just need to buy a new battery that he didn't need to look at it. He was very rude as he huffed & puffed at me. I wanted to make sure my battery actually did need to be replaced & asked to use their jumper cables. He told me I could buy some, but not just use them.... This guy only made the problems with my battery seem so much worse as he was so negative, rude & disrespectful!!!!! Juan needs to get a job where he doesn't have interaction with the public!!!!!!!
