I recently rented a unit here and had an absolutely wonderful experience, specifically because of the service provided by AJ.
I had several pieces of paperwork to handle and needed help ensuring my initial payments were processed correctly.
AJ was incredibly patient, professional, and efficient.
AJ guided me through every step of the documentation and proactively double-checked all of my payment paperwork to make sure the transaction went through smoothly and everything was set up properly in the system.
AJ's attention to detail and effort to ensure I felt confident about my account and payments really made the whole process stress-free. It's rare to receive this level of dedicated customer support.

I want to let others know that AJ Jones at Athens All Around Storage was an answer to prayer the day I walked in needing a storage unit and a U-haul truck! I was tired and an emotional wreck, but she was so sweet and helpful.. even in the middle of the current software transition. She was very polite and professional which really put me at ease. Thank you AJ!
The facility is top notch! Very clean, convenient, and very secure. AND, there is an on-site office with a live person (sweet AJ) there to help you. I feel very good about having my belongings there during a very hard transition of my own!

Recently had to rent a storage unit for the first time. Have heard horror stories from friends who have rented units in the past. Choose All Around Storage in Athens,TX. So very glad that I did. The Manager, AJ, has been nothing less than OUTSTANDING! She made my move in process smooth and easy. She has a wonderful attitude and every time I fo to my unit I stop in just to visit for a few minutes. AJ has a great sense of humor and its always a pleasure visiting with her. She has made my rental experience simply wonderful. I highly recommend All Around Storage in Athens, TX. Tell AJ that Rick sent you...LOL

I’m a first time renter and AJ was amazing!!! She was so warm and welcoming, she helped me through the process and we had fun doing it. Units are clean and easy to access and exit would recommend this facility for sure.
