“I have been at Athena Garden Apts for over 11 years now and it has definitely been a positive experience. Also, I have to say that the current property manager, Kara Ewing has been EXCELLENT. She is helpful and friendly and she is always cheerful. She helped me through a very stressful situation and I would surely give her a raise if it were possible for me to do so. All apartment managers should emulate her. What a better world it would be !!”
