Just moved to the area..had my nails done at a different shop that were awful..Thomas did my nails today and they are amazing..he made sure they were how I wanted and that I was happy... found my new nail spot.... it's worth it.... don't waste your time at other shops..

Horrible place! Dirty! They had no idea what dip nails are! They are not put on like nails without the tip. Also filed so far back on the sides of my nails that I ended up with 3 ingrown nails and my fingers were sore for days. Had them done right before Christmas and I still have one that is sore and ingrown.

Today I had an appointment at Athens nails at 12:45 PM. I walked in the door at 12:40 PM. There was a guy working on one lady and a lady doing someone's feet, there was also a guy in the back. . He walks up and says I'll be with you in one moment. 20 minutes later, he still has not showed up from the back with no one back there. I asked if I needed to reschedule since I was on a lunch break and the owner states. Why do you need to do that? Again, I explain that I am on a lunch break and I needed this service done on my lunch break and plus I scheduled an appointment at 12:45. He calls the guy from the back, and I don't know the language, but chewing his food, I swear he said I'm on a lunch break, I honestly think the Athens nails is the most bullshit place. I know that some people love this place but unfortunately for me if I had to recommend some where to go get your nails, it definitely would not be them. They are one unprofessional to overpriced and three really aren't that good of nail techs, but I needed my nails done. The windows say Walk-ins welcome , but try it he will say you need to set an appt, or you wait long time, so even setting appt you wait along time. We need to stop giving these people our money for bullshit service and hold them accountable for their scheduling and time restrictions. They tell us that we need to schedule an appointment and which are their rules, but they are not following their own rules by being available at the scheduled times, but we wait and give them our money! I'm done with them because my money goes where my time is most appreciated, especially if I took the time to make an appt! I do not recommend!!!
