I had already taken my Edge to a different Ford dealership to get checked out for a problem but was told it is a problem Edges have and there was nothing they could do. The Brinson guys, figured it out, fixed it AND found something else that needed attention then dealt with it right then and there. I am glad I decided to use Brinson for my service needs this time.
