“My husband Anthony took his Colorado to be repaired. Not only was their communication and response to his calls very impressive but at one point we thought he was going to have to wait until Monday because they were waiting for the side boards. They received the part within an hour of closing and gave us a call that they would have the truck ready. I had to drop my husband off and get myself to work not knowing that his truck was in the Gun Barrel shop. Not only did they stay late but the owner Mike personally drove my husband to the Gun Barrel shop to get his truck. Preston who made the repairs did a wonderful job. Hopefully we don't have any more damage to either one of our vehicles again but if we do this will be the ONLY place we will use in the future. Very professional, courteous, and just really good people. Highly recommend this company!”

“The people in the service department really did a great job for me. I had already taken my Edge to a different Ford dealership to get checked out for a problem but was told it is a problem Edges have and there was nothing they could do. The Brinson guys, figured it out, fixed it AND found something else that needed attention then dealt with it right then and there. I am glad I decided to use Brinson for my service needs this time. They did wonderful!”
