Service: Make sure to have them call before repairs are done or they will simply call and say "this is what we fixed, your price is this, your car is ready". Got stuck paying a higher price for repairs when I just needed a diagnose.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a used car. It was on a Saturday and the interest rate was not good. So 1 month later I refinanced with my Credit union. I asked for a refund on the Gap insurance and they gave me the run around and it took 9 weeks to finally receive my refund.
Then I tried to turn my vehicle in to have warranty work done on the car and they actually told me to take my vehicle the local Ford dealer for service. After days of going back n forth I was finally told they would order the parts and contact me so I could bring the car in for the warranty repairs. I waited 3 weeks to be notified and finally gave up then paid out of pocket to another business to fix my car because I had an out of state trip to make...
Now I have traded the vehicle in on a brand new vehicle and requested a refund on the unused portion of the extended warranty. It has been 5 weeks since I made my request. I have emailed requesting an update and left 2 messages requesting a return call but the finance lady Celina has not contacted me back. They are quick to take your money but will not refund it in a reasonable time frame.
Save yourself the headache and buy your next vehicle from a different dealership...

Typical car dealership. Nothing like the other two Bacon dealerships. Very disappointing and will never go back. Main reason the salesman was very arrogant and smug. There are other words to describe but I don't want to be crude.
