Amazing customer service. I had an issue with a purchase I made. Went in the next day and was able to not only return the original item but the the sales rep took about 30 minutes to show me all the options that would work for me and was able to help get a new pair of boots ordered.Not only is the customer service great, but the store is always well stocked and tidy. Staff is very attentive to your needs and will check in with you regularly to see if you need assistance.

Excellent customer service by way of a very knowledgeable female staff member, a manager perhaps.Had to return for a different size, which was no problem.Will definitely come back here soon, as I need another pair of boots!

This store is awesome they are very helpful and they support first responders and stay open a few minutes late for us when we had a volunteer fire call just for a wallet they are the best boot and apparel store in the Athens area wonderful people there

I've been to the store a few times only to buy for last min events. Never felt comfortable at the store, but it was never blatant. Today was a 6 out of 10 in discomfort. For the bearded employee that was tailing me throughout the store, if you are prejudiced against Hispanics, maybe working in a western wear store in Texas isn't a fit for you. I left without purchasing anything bc of you.
