I would like to share my wonderful experience at your Athen's location. The store was very clean and I was greeted with friendly employees from the beginning to the end.
The deli had an assortment of fresh cheeses and meats already sliced to pick from, which made my shopping quicker and on to the baked goods on display.
The produce also had a nice variety of fresh fruits and veggies to choose from.
I was impressed with their meat market that all sale's items were in stock, and the meat counter was also full.
I was waited on quickly at the seafood counter, too.
Your store manager Billy was also in the front assisting and greeting his customers and Dylan one of his assistants was very
helpful in locating a product for me and loading up my 3 cases
of water with a smile and my cashier was Kennedy, who was very patient with me, because I did not clip my e coupons!
As I was leaving, even someone from the office smiled and said come back! Which I think I will!
Today where it seems like customer service does not matter, it really does, so shout out to your excellent team at the Brookshire's in Athens!

We stopped in to get beef tips, but they were discolored, and one package looked like it had mold or something similar on the meat. Also, the fruit only lasts a day or two now.

Great store well organized and stocked friendly staff.. only complaint is the self check out area. If one buggy is at the first checkout no one else can get by to checkout

Always enjoy shopping at Brookshires. Employees are helpful, service with a smile and help bagging and loading groceries. Couldn't ask for a better shopping experience.

What has changed at Brookshires? Less staff, higher prices. A lost focus on the customer, self checkout(forgetting What made brookshires better..)(The shrink cost alone was more than labor cost....) and an Aggressive push to the App ONLY (seniors cant use and youth that is tired of apps...), that reflects poorly on the expect and trusted service Brookshires built over the years. The ecoupon program for app only/coupon at register has switched so many times, i have changed my shopping looking into the Other Ads in town. Side Note* Seems Brookshires changed clearance from 50%, to 30%, so just on sale really not clearance..Hmmm more shrink..

Great variety of foods available on this trip. Freshness of produce is not as good as normal. CS personnel did an outstanding job.
