I have been doing business with Customers Choice in Athens for several years now. The staff are exceptional, they are so wonderful to work with and delivery is always a breeze. I just can't say enough good things about them. They honestly care and want their customers to have a good experience. If you need good furniture at good prices then they're the ones to see. They have furniture to fit almost any budget, and if they don't have it, they'll order it and they have 6 months same as cash, so you can stretch your dollar further. I have gotten all of my furniture from them and it's been a positive experience every single time.

I went to customers choice, looking for one of those electric chairs to rent during recovery from shoulder surgery. The chairs they had were really made for someone 510 and over not for a 5 foot three woman. I was in a dilemma, I needed some sort of recliner that I could sleep in for the next six weeks that was left hand operated. The woman that helped me, and I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, was really caring and interested in solving my dilemma. She found me a small sofa that was perfect for my house and recovery. The sofa is so cute I’m living in the left-hand side, there’s a cupholder, Ian’s the armrest opens up for a secret compartment, the middle seat folds down and is perfect. It has two cupholders in it, a flat surface and electrical outlets. It’s like my own little desk right at my fingertips. The delivery was smooth, the delivery guys were great, no banging walls no damaging door jams. They even helped me move the original furniture to a temporary resting place. The price was very fair. So I am very very happy with customers choice. I highly recommend it.

I would highly recommend this place!!!! These lady's are AMAZING! I have furnished my ENTIRE home with them! Including couchs refrigerator, washer dryer, and even a kind size bedroom set for a very reasonable price.They are very polite and work with you. If there was a extra star or an award I would definitely give it to costumers choice!!!They even special order If they dont have it in the floor!!!!! Go give theses lady a visit!!!!!

I ordered a bed from here and I absolutely love it! It’s gorgeous and very well made. The staff were extremely helpful with the whole process, even delivery and set up! If you need anything I highly recommend Customers Choice.

Best place ever to rent from I have rented from them on just about everything they have in there and if they dont have it in the store they will find it and get it for u from beds to dressers to kitchen tables and then some very good employees helps u with anything u need love this place recommend it to everyone I know and everyone I dont if u need anything call and talk to Cassie or Brenda or just go in person and talk to them

They were great at first. We paid all cash, purchased a king sized mattress, and picked it up the same day. They gave us a different mattress than what they showed us in the showroom. When we came back and voiced our discontent with the mattress being too firm, their solution was for me to put it on the floor and walk on it to break it in. The employee then turned her back to me and started talking to another customer. She was not willing to discuss the matter. We had spent $849.99 and had to resort to going elsewhere to purchase a mattress topper to make their mattress usable. This company will never get my business again.

Love this place. Great people. I've bought many things from customers choice without a problem. Always so helpful and nice items available. I highly recommend customers choice if you are in Athens and surrounding areas!!! Brenda and Cassie are great and Billy is a trip! The payments are very affordable and easy to keep up with and they even offer 6 months same as cash so you can get more for your coin! Head over if you are in the area and check them out!!!!
