The past four times I have gone up there. My pizza has not been made yet and it says it’s done on my pizza tracker and today when I get there, they told me they don’t have my order and They are going to start making it and I go wait my vehicle come back in 30 minutes later and they tell me I have to wait for the delivery driver to get back for my pizza that she took and I got a cold pizza and a hot sprite and couldn’t do anything about it. I will never be coming back to this place it’s a joke

I called this store because an order was made on my account that I did not make. Whoever got on the phone with me could not have been more inconsiderate. He was interrupting me and telling me I had to call the police when that may not have even been necessary. I tried asking questions and he continued to interrupt me and was incredibly rude about the entire situation. I simply wanted to confirm that my money wasn’t used on this order. I don’t live near this location, but if I ever found myself wanting pizza in the Athens area, you best believe I’m going anywhere besides Domino’s.

We ordered pizza to be delivered to the airbnb we were staying at. It took 2 1/2 hours to get our food. Each time we called they said it was on the way. Our Airbnb is 6 minutes from the restaurant. Should not of taken this long.

Pizzas are the usual Dominos ingredients, except the sauce is only on the outer edge of the pizza and very little at that. I watched the employee put a 1/3 ladle of sauce and spread it all the way to the edge, leaving none on the rest of the pie. My wait from ordering on the app to receiving the 3 pizzas was 65 mins. There is no organization. No one announces when pizzas go in the oven, when they come out, when they are boxed, or when they are ready. My app notified me that the order was ready and it was another 10 mins before the cashier realized they were up. So they were Luke warm.Wheelchair accessibility: Very small waiting area. Wheelchair accessibility would be tight, but possible if very few customers are there.

They advertise on national TV but here in Athens they don't even answer their phone. Employees leave alittle to be desired. No big thing, if they leave they will just go to another place.

Waited 1hr 40 mins for a delivery. The person I talked to on the phone couldn’t care less. If it’s going to be more than 2x estimated wait time on the app (35 mins) they should let you know.

Ordered here twice and twice, there was almost no marinara on the pizza. The second time, I put "extra marinara" in hopes there would be a regular amount, but it did not help.

My friends order was canceled and thrown away when there driver could not come drop her pizza off to her. When we called again for me to come pick up her pizza they said we would have to repay that the money would be there in 24 hours. Totally wrong and will be calling corporate

They canceled my order... BUT still charged me for it. Said weather wasn't safe to deliver it. I drove (miraculously I guess?) the 3 blocks to pick up my order without issue. They were trying to lock up early... least pizza was hot.
