Overpriced and employees are overworked. Sad that this is non profit when things were priced higher than a local Walmart!

a few months ago I tried to drop off some clothing, tags still attached and a mostly new microwave. an irrate older lady told me to beat it. they weren't taking anymore items because people only drop off junk. a couple days ago I dropped off some items and they have a limit on what you can drop off "two small bags, no furniture." I typically like goodwill, however, athens goodwill does not have much inside for shopping. it's bizarre they won't take donations and are so choosy about what is donated. it's free stuff, they operate based on what people donate. maybe they just don't want to work. I'm not mad they don't want my personal donations but I wish they had a better selection inside the store for shopping. maybe they would if they accepted what people tried to donate. there are a couple of swap shops in town that I really like. I don't think I will donate or shop at athens goodwill anymore.

They are saying they aren’t accepting no items that the store is full . I just went to this exact store and it’s not full at all ! I was going to donate tons of mostly all new kids clothes girl and boys and bags of good shoes ! So sad to have lazy rude employees to mess it all up for everyone!

NOT ACCEPTING DONATIONS. They dont want free stuff to make profit from or the workers dont want to work, pick one I guess. Cheaper then walmart though so I give 2 stars.

This goodwill does have little bit more items and clothes and better selection of other items than the one in Gun Barrel City. Employees are friendlier than GBC store is. This store is more spacious than GBC goodwill store.

I was going to go shopping at Goodwill today. To my surprise they had many many signs stating that everyone who enters must wear a mask. I didn't throw a fit but I will never shop at a Goodwill again or recommend them. They also limit donations to two bags per drop off.

I find something I really don't need, but absolutley want everytime I come here. The staff is very nice. Overall the store is clean. And some prices are fair in my own personal opinion.
