I shop at the hibbett sports alot And Im greeted with smiles and a warm welcome every time I entered the store.but the stuff they have online they don't have in store, would be nice to walk in and find the jordan retro 13 in store, I really don't like shopping online so please Can someone consider? Bring items online to the store,

Staff is always very helpful and attentive. Good selection of products and price points. If they don't have exactly what you are looking for, they are happy to order it for you.

The young woman that helped me with finding a pair of shoes and rang me up at the cash register was very helpful and made my visit to Hibbett Sports a great experience.

I went in the store and never was asked if I needed help and when I did ask for it I got the sales associate to roll her eyes. I asked for a size in a shoe and was helped by a total different associate who explained that she was the manager while others were out of town. I spent over $300 and then when I got into my vehicle I could see both girls staring and talking about me and my 12 year old. Unsatisfactory and bad representation to your store.

Every single worker there is extremely friendly and helpful. They will do anything to help you get what you can. If they do not have what you need, they will do their best to help you out. Which you do have to remember the workers cannot help what they get in stock! No matter how busy they are every worker is doing their best to help everyone, most of the time they only have 2 people working and they still do GREAT! Very impressed and grateful we have a store like this in our small town!

The staff is very helpful, they will check other stores and get what you want. Parking is a little tight if they are busy
