We have been going to the Litter Box for several years now. These ladies are always friendly and are willing to help, especially if asked. In some of these reviews, the people seem confused. The vouchers that are for spaying and neutering (which normally cost a couple of hundred dollars or more) are provided, when available at a minimal cost. What you pay for the voucher, which is 20 or 25 dollars, then becomes your payment to the vet. This saves you several hundred dollars in spay or neutering fees. The voucher fee is therefore nonrefundable!!!!

Vouchers is a joke.. The women with the vouchers for Humane Society is barely there and when she is by time I get there she is out. Front counter women even let me pay for 2 vouchers in advance. Said women would be there come the weekend. Needless to say the women never showed up. She hasn't been there in 3 weeks. Not even on days the public thinks she will be there. I don't understand why it's so hard to get these vouchers.. You want claim help the animals then do so don't just claim you do. Ask the animal shelter we need more help with spay and neuter in this area. I have yet to get my$ back or vouchers.

I always find a good deal! Most of the people that work there are so nice and helpful. The money benefits the humane society.

I didn't have a pleasant shopping experience there. Passed at least 2 ladies working and neither one greeted me. I also noticed others shopping with large bags, but of course I wasn't offered one. So I left without a purchase even though I wanted to purchase several pieces to help with a good cause. Now the people across the street will get a rating of 10+. I'm not gonna play race card, but what else could it be?

We had a rescued cat spayed. If you go here and make a $25 donation or more as my friend did...They will give you a voucher and You can take you cat or dog to a participating veterinarian and it is the cost of your donation . Awesome work!

Love this place!!!! I went to get books for the coffee and library lounge in my boutique and the ladies were overly generous. When they found out it was to support women they donated the 5 bags of books. I in turn of course still donated money to the Litter Box. Hugs Ladies!
