“The absolute best most personal pharmacist ever!! The story is too long to tell, but here’s the nutshell …I needed a new compound hormone in my cream and it was the first time the doctor had added it to a cream note:another doctor referred me with bloodwork to get it. The owner, Lisa Kocian caught that it was very high dose and asked me about it, I called my doctor ( who knew about Lisa’s reputation and expertise on hormones) and Lisa talk to my doctor and they corrected the prescription. This could have been very bad for me if they were not so awesome and knowledgeable.I can’t praise these people enough!”
“I love this pharmacy! I have been a customer here for 7 years. The staff are terrific. Everyone goes out of their way to help and make sure your needs are met. Vanessa and Susan are my superstars. Always smiling, quick, personable...and quick to help with any problems that come up. The whole team is so personable. I actually look forward to getting my prescriptions. Now I am super sad. I just moved to Tyler. No pharmacy could ever compete. For now I will drive 70 miles to get my prescriptions. But I can't afford to do that much longer. I am so bummed. I will miss everyone that has helped me all these years.”

“I would like to share my wonderful experience at your Athen's location. The store was very clean and I was greeted with friendly employees from the beginning to the end.
The deli had an assortment of fresh cheeses and meats already sliced to pick from, which made my shopping quicker and on to the baked goods on display.
The produce also had a nice variety of fresh fruits and veggies to choose from.
I was impressed with their meat market that all sale's items were in stock, and the meat counter was also full.
I was waited on quickly at the seafood counter, too.
Your store manager Billy was also in the front assisting and greeting his customers and Dylan one of his assistants was very
helpful in locating a product for me and loading up my 3 cases
of water with a smile and my cashier was Kennedy, who was very patient with me, because I did not clip my e coupons!
As I was leaving, even someone from the office smiled and said come back! Which I think I will!
Today where it seems like customer service does not matter, it really does, so shout out to your excellent team at the Brookshire's in Athens!”
