I wanted the picture with white tips & Cherry's đ, this is what I got ,she painted my whole nail white and it looks like a child did the design, I got charged $80 for this. I called back and they offered to fix them but I didn't feel comfortable going back, I received my refund. I will never return here.

I have used this nail salon since coming back to Athens. Never been so disappointed as in today. I buy my wife and daughter's Christmas gift certificates from here every year. They lost their 2024 gift certificates. They found them last week and it said expired 6/20/25. Now I understand expiration of goods but not paper and one from that specific business. That being said I went on 7/10/25. The owner refused them amd said they expired. I spent $100 at Christmas time and then another $150 on numerous trips through the year. Good to know that you like to take people's money and then not honor it. Hope this helps people

Wife and 3 of her friends went today for a girls day. One of the friends said multiple times she wanted green and they did white anyway, refused to fix it. My wifes 35$ pedicure ended up being 80$ because they just did things without asking. The third friends look like they were done by a kid, 2 nails are crooked, tthe color is off, one of the nails were bubbled. All around absolutely trash place.

It chipped the second day, it cracked and I went to get it redone and they did it to thick and itâs a different color. They said it was extra for the shape $50

$20 extra for gel top coat. Without telling us. Overcharging for no reason. If it was at least a good job wouldâve been worth the money but itâs not. Donât go there.

Few months ago had Mani and pedi. Woman didn't trim my cuticles around my nails. When I complained. Nail tech lied. But owner made it right after speaking to her over the phone. Last time I got Mani and pedi there I used different nail tech. She did a good job. I will be going back to use her

I have been going here for years and until now have had no issues. Last week 2 friends and I went for deluxe pedicures. She missed painting my friends pinkie toe
And the guy cut the side if my foot while using the grater. How he hit the side of my foot is beyond me. I went to doctor and was put on antibiotics as it is infected. It is not a little nic it is a big slice, sorry cant figure out how to post picture. Sorry they have lost my business

I went with 2 friends we all got deluxe pedicures and the paraffin wax and hot stones were great. My pinkie toe did not get painted, and my friend got cut when they guy's hand slipped. She went to the doctor as the cut turned bright red and found out it was infected and is now on antibiotics. So that says to me they don't clean their tools correctly. Beware
