Worst customer service that I have EVER HAD at any mobile phone store... and I have set on the phone with Verizon for over 3 hours before. I was ignored while standing in line, and the person behind me was helpped before me. When that person was helpped, they stated that I was here before them, and that's when the employee turned to me, asked what my problem was (with a negative tone), and stated she was the manager. At which point, I said I would wait for someone else, since apparently I wasn't worth her time as a customer.T-mobile is a decent company, and if it wasn't such a drive, I would have immediately left, and driven to the Tyler Store. I still had to wait another 20+ minutes before I could get my "problem" attended to by a different employee.For the foreseeable future, I do not intend to go to this location unless absolutely necessary, and do not recommend anyone else go here either. While I cannot comment on other T-mobile stores in the area, I do know my last experience at their store in Tyler was 5 stars, and well worth the drive if I have to deal with such behavior that this location.Edit: After speaking with the actual store manager, we both agreed the behavior was unacceptable. He listened to my complaints, and said he would be taking steps to ensure a better experience for all customers. I am willing to give this location a second chance in the future.

Staff is always very helpful and welcoming. There is a young lady named Trinity that helps me most often, and she is very professional and knowledgeable. She definitely makes the trip into the store more enjoyable.

I worked with trinity earlier this week, she set me up with two new phones and wifi for my house. She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this store.

I was shopping around for new phone plan, and Trinity was so helpful in finding me one that fits my entire family’s needs. Customer service is very rare these days, so I was very happy that she worked with me and was so polite. I recommend asking for her when going to this store. She was great and answered all my questions and was super friendly!!

OH MY GOODNESS! I had the most amazing experience the other evening because of the amazing Trinity! She was so kind and patient and really helped me understand the upgrading process with you all! 10/10 would recommend her to any new or regular customers!

I went there again today for information about a bill and Kaelin the manager was so wonderful. I am so happy. They make doing business with T-Mobile a great experience. I am actually proud to do business with them. I hope T-Mobile recognizes how good they are because they are a credit to their company and are the best there is. Thank you so much for showing me there are still people that do a great job and care about doing good for the customer. If only everyone was like her.

AMAZING is the word I would use to describe my experience at this store. Switched from Verizon to T-Mobile with Kaelin’s help. Kaelin not only was very knowledgeable about everything and any questions I had but she went above and beyond to find me deals and savings. When a problem came up with the transfer process the whole staff pitched in to solve the problem for us. I was amazed at how helpful the staff was. I would recommend T-Mobile to anyone, especially if they have Kaelin’s help. Thanks a million!

Firstly I have never treated better by any company I've delt with in the past, the entire staff exceeded expectations when I had an issue transferring over from Verizon. Kaelin especially was amazing, constantly answering questions while helping us get the home internet(I have been unable to get any other provider for 2 years) and transferring our numbers over even though an issue with Verizon caused much more work than need be. Outstanding customer service 10/10!

Yes my mom and I went to T-Mobile they said we can get free iPhones then changed to get money for our iPhones for new ones. We were there for 5 hours. Data didn’t transfer to new phones. She told us we can get things then go back on what she said. It was horrible. Then said we can keep the grandfather plan price for updated data. That didn’t happen. We went home and phone bill was $500 the grandfather plan my mom had where our extra phones were $10 a month then changed to $50. My phone they only gave me $40 when I was supposed to get $200 my mom $90 when she was supposed to get $400- not free phones or straight trade. Then called customer service and they said go back to store, then store said no call customer service. On top of it unlimited service is not it runs out and then I can’t even call 911. Horrible horrible, lie after lie.
