“We have been going to the Litter Box for several years now. These ladies are always friendly and are willing to help, especially if asked. In some of these reviews, the people seem confused. The vouchers that are for spaying and neutering (which normally cost a couple of hundred dollars or more) are provided, when available at a minimal cost. What you pay for the voucher, which is 20 or 25 dollars, then becomes your payment to the vet. This saves you several hundred dollars in spay or neutering fees. The voucher fee is therefore nonrefundable!!!!”
