I’ve yet to bring our load to the storage I paid for ahead of time until this weekend. I’ve not signed the contract because the address is incorrect. I’ve called every day since I committed to getting a unit and all I get is customer service saying we will pass this on to a manager. Have I gotten a call back? No. There’s no one physically in this facility that I’m now skeptical if I get all of our things here from Dallas and get no physical person to talk about issues then I may pull out after 1 month. It’s just that I don’t have time now to commit to another facility. Too busy packing. Please all I’m asking is managements should read their emails and urgently contact their customers. Simple as that. They say this place is a remote controlled facility so no physical person watching the place other than cameras. Price wise is good.

Nice building but that's the end of it. I have called customer service 6 times this week and left messages for someone to call back since no one is on the property and NO ONE will call me back. I want to move my things out and will tell everyone I know to avoid using this place. Once your things are stored, there is no getting them out! After posting this original review, I'm adding something: If you look at the original reviews, they all are about when there were different owners. The original owners were wonderful but since Copper Safe bought the business its gone straight downhill!!! While the rental prices keep going up!*After posting my review, I received a personal call back from the new owner and he helped me with the codes to get into my storage unit. I also found out that they were using a management company that didn't do a good job so now they are trying to get back to the original "personal" customer service. I'm hoping that all will be well now!!! Thanks John!! I changed my star-level to a better rating. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the hassle this week.

I moved out March 3, 2023, and was informed that I would need to pay the entire month’s rent. This is ridiculous and after waiting 30 minutes on the phone for final answer, which, of course never happened I was hung up upon. Further, there is no evidence in the contract that I signed that they may unilaterally change the terms of contract. Makes no sense that I would use the facility for three days and have to pay the rest of the month.

If I could give negative stars I would!!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!! The access code to get into the storage facility has been down for 2 days, I call to get assistance and I get transferred to a call center in INDIA!!! No one can help me, they can't even be understood. OMG-I have lost 2 days of trying to get items out of my storage and can't get a Manager/Owner or emergency number to get a hold of a LIVE person!!! This is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! I've tried for two different days to call and get someone to different to help me to opening the gate remotely....NO LUCK!!! DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!!

The fact that this place is fully lit at night makes it completely worth it! I highly recommend using Tidmore as your storage facility.

Clean facilities and climate controlled. Prices are inline with typical storage with climate control. Offices are on property.
