This company the main store is ok i guess but since the company decided to buy out brookshires pharmacy its become quite ridiculous how can an entire location close down behind the pharmacist getting sick how can this company as large as it is not have a contingency plan for something like this to close down a location and at least tie all locations togather so that hundreds of people arent left unable to get prescriptions had they been tied together prescriptions could have been picked up at any location its not that difficult

This is the most friendly place where I totally enjoy shopping. From the back in the pharmacy to the front checkouts. It's always amazingly clean inside, and everyone’s seem so nice and helpful. Thanks for being my friendly hometown store.

Very disappointed with how I was talked to by Diane in the pharmacy today April 08, 2024. I came in Friday April 05, 2024 to get my second chicken pox vaccine that I am needing for nursing school and the pharmacist told me himself that I could come back Monday, today, and get the record for it to submit it to my nursing school. However, when I got up to the register I told the lady what I was here for, she was very nice, and explained to her that I needed the one I had in march and the one I had friday. She printed out a paper and gave it to me where I saw that the one from Friday wasn’t on there so I kindly said “I’m needing both of them,” then Diana chimes in very rude and unprofessional “it takes 7 days.” Because I was told to come monday, I was confused so I then said “well the pharmacist had told me friday to come back today and i’d be able to get it,” and Diane rudely followed my statement with extreme attitude and poor customer service saying “I said it takes 7 days.” Very unhappy with how I was treated today, do better!

I am upset about this pharmacy. I have tried 3 days to get my medicine. They sent a text that 2 of mine were ready to pick up. I have gone twice (2 different days) to pick them up. I got one but the other one WAS FILLED but I could not pick it up until the next day. (Which is today). We left and about 15 minutes later I got a text that it was ready to pick up. So I called and was told no it was filled but I could not get it until tomorrow. I have a 25 mile trip into town. I’m recovering from surgery and I HURT. Dr called in the prescription on Tue, so Now it will be 3 trips to pick up what was suppose to be on Wed. Today is Friday. So one more trip to town.They use to be such a good pharmacy but now they are terrible!Quit sending text that it is ready until it is really ready and I can pick up my medicine. ?

Terrible Service!!! Came in for a prescription that had been called in at 11 am by my dr. It was 6:30 pm and the lady was vacuuming and ignoring me standing there. Another worker had to point out she had a customer. She told me no one had called in a prescription. Luckily I was able to get a hold of someone in my dr office that late and they confirmed they had indeed called it in and left a message on their voicemail since they were closed for lunch. After finally checking their voicemail at 6:30 pm, they confirmed I did have a prescription. Then the lady waiting on me as rude and told me to sit down in a condescending manner. Not good when you're sick as crap and have to take crap from incompetent people!!!

Made an appointment for a vaccine. Arrived on time. Had filled out everything online in advance. Told the consultation person I had an appointment for a vaccine and they told me to just get into the line behind all the people without an appointment. Wasn't seen until 40 minutes later. Resources standing around talking to each other. Fail

I have been on hold for Pharmacy for an 1hr. I was asked if I could be on hold. The pharmacist didn't wait for my response and simply placed me on hold. While I was on hold their was another period where I was asked again if I could be on hold and was just simply placed on hold with out me responding to the question, After that the phone rang several times and the line was dropped as if someone hand hung up.

The pharmacy is very rude and unprofessional. I am constantly having to call to get my prescriptions filled. They are rude and talk down to you, and hang up all the time. Do not use this pharmacy. Cvs is more professional and caring about their customers. One time here they changed my birth control without consulting me and I had a bad reaction to it.
