The manager Tyler went out of his way to find a lost wallet for us, called the next day when it was found. They hire good people who go above and beyond.

Went car shopping at the local Walmart. We asked about our guaranteed oil change and they looked at us like we were idiots. I will not be purchasing my hello kitty bus from this Walmart. So disappointing

Several days ago I went in for an oil change . I was told 45 minute wait so I agreed and did my instore shopping . They had a job on the tire rack that somebody wanted their rims switched out but brought the wrong size . All three personnel stopped what they were doing and discussed what to do about it for over half an hour . In short the manager came on and they gathered around and discussed it some more ! 2 hours later I get my car back . Today with one car getting a battery and one on the oil pit they tell me it's a two hour wait . For a tire rotation . No other cars were in line . Some one may be chasing customers away so they don't have to work as hard . Might send in a secret shopper to see what's up ! Wal Mart Store Athens Texas #00412

I don't want to go any more this is why I'm only 12 by the way when I entered in my work cloths because I worked with my dad this FAT WHITE HAIRD probably around her 40s 50s looked at me like if ima steal something I went to get my gift card and she kept following me and when i went to the cashier she told me in a rude way that's the lanes is closed like she owned it and kept on talking to the cashier lady like she knew her. Next week I came agin she looked at me eye contact I staied at her for 5 seconds because I seen her because she followed me though out the whole time and when I went to get something by a glasse case I saw her reflection looking at me she is a stupid dumb person I recorded everything to show how disgusting racist she is .I came back the next week in better clothes aka church clothes and she did not even histate to look away at me and I think it's full of bs that she follows a 12 year old with work cloths but not a one with church cloths.

Called nearly an hour ahead to confirm I could get a tire replaced to get back on the road, got here and the employee told me it would be 45 minutes because of the other people who had pulled in were to go first, I CALLED AHEAD SO I WOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT AND NOW I HAVE NO UBER BACK TO MY VEHICLE. Absolutely pathetic service, just go somewhere else.

Went to the garden center this morning to get mulch. The registers weren't open at 8:30 am. Was told to go to the front and they would ring up the mulch for me. I was told register 4 had the only book for the garden center. The line was very long and I did not want to wait a long time just for mulch. My question is why couldn't one of the ladies just standing around the self check out area go and get the book? There were three employees in the garden center, two at the self check outs. It looks like out of 5 employees doing nothing one of them could have helped. Needless to say ay I left with out mulch. I went to Groom and Sons checked out quickly and they even loaded it for me.

I have a medical alert service dog. When you go into this Walmart there are small dogs being carried, being pushed in carts, and clearly not trained service animals. One tried to attack my boy and almost missed my cues and I almost passed out. I let the manager know and they said they couldn't do anything. I tried to tell them per ADA guidelines, the service dog is not supposed to be in the cat, if it causes a disturbance it is to be kicked out, and they are able to ask if it is task trained. They said they weren't allowed to do any of that and I'd have to just avoid the many dogs on my shopping trips. Emotional support animals are not service animals and require no training. Fix it.

The employees at this Walmart are the worst customer service people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Tonight when me and my wife entered the store we were promptly yelled at and cussed for not taking the buggy that had trash in it and I'm not talking an empty Walmart bag in the bottom I mean i legitimately had trash in it so the buggy pusher and I proceeded into a cussing match loudly at the front of the store that the door greeter came over to check out and proceeded to tell us to just take the buggy with the trash WTF it is not my job to clean out buggies I don't work there I'm there to shop not to do your job for you while you play on your phone F¥* this place this is the 3rd time in a week we've been in here and every time every person we have to deal with has an attitude like someone in their Cheerios

I was in the Electronics Department where every single employee ignored me. I was looking for a wall mount for my TV and I had to get the attention of an employee and he acted like I was interrupting him. Then when I came up to the counter to pay he gave me an attitude and look that I was bothering him. I have worked customer service for over 40 years and I cannot fathom treating customers like this.

The checkout clerk over charged 4 items, rang up each item twice. Had to go to customer service with the clerk to discuss with the manager, Dana. Dana said we had to get in line for our refund. I thought that , standing there with a cart of groceries, she should refund the money right away. Walmart's mistake, but we had to get in line. If it was a small amount, I would have left because of time constraints but the total over charge for four items was $35.89. So I waited in line for 17 minutes for my money even though it was the fault of their employee. I would complain to Walmart, but you can't online and Dana said she is the manager .Their customer service sucks!!!!
