Brookshire's is a full-service supermarket known for its excellent customer service and quality. The stores are consistently described as clean, organized, and spacious, with shelves that are well-stocked. Customers highlight the wonderful, helpful, and friendly staff, including managers who listen to concerns. The quality of the fresh products is a major strength, with specific praise for the fresh meats hand-cut in-store, the good-looking vegetables and fruit, and the full-service deli and bakery offering many choices, including gluten-free options. However, some reviews note that prices can be very expensive. Overall, it is considered a great store by many, with excellent staff and a reputation for being one of the nicest and best grocery stores in its areas.

My favorite place to grocery shop. Prices are good and workers are friendly.

Is a good grocery store. BUT the deli department woman is incompetent and mean. She printed the wrong bar code and acted as it was my fault. I just paid for it. I didn't wanted to argue with a ignorant person.
