CVS, a well-known pharmacy chain, has received mixed reviews from its customers. The young employee working at the window is praised for his excellent customer service and kindness, even during challenging times. Customers appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the staff's efforts to assist them, particularly when dealing with medical issues like pink eye. The CVS location in Atlanta, Texas, is highlighted for its exceptional service and teamwork. The pharmacist there went above and beyond to help a customer who was traveling, ensuring the prescription was filled promptly. Customers note that the staff members know each other well and work together seamlessly, creating a welcoming environment. However, not all experiences at CVS have been positive. One customer encountered a rude remark from a staff member when inquiring about the self-checkout option, which the customer felt was an unnecessary and unprofessional response. Additionally, some customers have expressed frustration with the lack of available appointments for COVID-19 testing, leading them to resort to purchasing home test kits. Overall, CVS seems to provide a mixed bag of experiences, with outstanding customer service in some locations and room for improvement in others. The company's ability to maintain a consistently positive and helpful atmosphere across all its stores appears to be an ongoing challenge.
When you go in and you shop, just to get to register to check out and greeted by a smart mouth cashier that is rude and over talks you....you just leave without your items and go elsewhere to shop.

The Pharmacy does not fill prescription on time. They do not listen to there customers and they are not very unorganized. They never answer their phone. We will be moving to a different Pharmacy.

Please do not use this pharmacy. My office was trying to phone in a new RX and was on hold for 45 minutes. They never picked up. Please use another pharmacy. They obviously don't care.
