This CVS location provides excellent customer service with a friendly and efficient pharmacy team. The staff is described as extremely kind, sharp, and caring about customer needs. They work well together with great chemistry, even while managing busy lines both inside and at the drive-through. One pharmacist went above and beyond to help a traveling customer by coordinating with another store, filling a prescription quickly. Customers feel welcome and appreciate being greeted and checked out by actual people rather than using self-checkout. The team's efforts create a pleasant experience where people feel well-served. The pharmacy benefits from strong leadership and a top-notch staff who accomplish a lot because they work well together. While most interactions are positive, there was an isolated instance where a comment about self-checkout was not received well. Overall, this is a location where the employees are recognized for making customers feel appreciated during their visits.
When you go in and you shop, just to get to register to check out and greeted by a smart mouth cashier that is rude and over talks you....you just leave without your items and go elsewhere to shop.

The Pharmacy does not fill prescription on time. They do not listen to there customers and they are not very unorganized. They never answer their phone. We will be moving to a different Pharmacy.

Please do not use this pharmacy. My office was trying to phone in a new RX and was on hold for 45 minutes. They never picked up. Please use another pharmacy. They obviously don't care.
