Why does it take so long for the drive through cashier to come to the window? And the young lady today what she did was uncalled for she wanted me to circle around due to her not having rolls of something and my meds been there since Thursday I drove home with no meds she have no idea what she is doing circle around to wait for 40 mins .. this is the last straw

When you go in and you shop, just to get to register to check out and greeted by a smart mouth cashier that is rude and over talks you....you just leave without your items and go elsewhere to shop.

The Pharmacy does not fill prescription on time. They do not listen to there customers and they are not very unorganized. They never answer their phone. We will be moving to a different Pharmacy.

Terrible. In the past, well after the Covid crisis, this store had issues (staffing or whatever?) that apparently led them to open and close whenever they felt like it. Sometimes as late as 11 am when they are supposed to open at 9. That’s bad news for someone who really needs their medicine! Tonight, I got in the drive through line at 6:55 pm. Close, but I made it! There were two customers in front of me, but by my car, phone, and watch, I made it to the window at exactly 6:58. In time to see them ignore me and close the metal curtain. I hurried inside to see if I could catch them (we needed our meds!), and was rudely dismissed and told they did not close early but closed at exactly 7. This is a PHARMACY and I made it in time. They told me I was wrong and walked on out of the store.
I’ll be moving all my business to the other local pharmacy. Maybe they don’t have a fancy website, but they still answer their phone, fill new prescriptions within an hour, and put the needs of customers first!

My mother had a total hip replacement and her pain meds where supposed to be sent here well we’ve waited legit 4 days it started off them giving us a aspirin and saying this was her pain meds then they needed to contact the doctor to confirm it so we call the doctors cuz they wouldn’t then they keep coming up with other excuses but finyafter 4 days thanks to jim we finally have her meds thanks for all the pain and suffering Jim oh yeah turns out it was cuz insurance wouldn’t cover it I also asked the second time I was here if we could just pay in cash so thanks Jim thanks a lot

Please do not use this pharmacy. My office was trying to phone in a new RX and was on hold for 45 minutes. They never picked up. Please use another pharmacy. They obviously don't care.

I was not going to write this review, but I changed my mind after another bad experience at a different CVS. My confidence in CVS is depleting. At this Atlanta location, I had an absolute horrible experience. First, the technician was extremely rude (no greeting, no questions about how I could be helped, just a blank stare until I said something). Secondly, the pharmacy was disorganized and a total mess! There were boxes and prescriptions every where. The pharmacist was constantly having to stop what he was doing to answer ALL the technicians questions. No one seemed to be able to do their job independently. After a nearly 2-hour ordeal, they realized they did not have the medication I needed in stock. I told the pharmacist to call around and see who could fill the prescription as I had driven 30 minutes to this location. He found it at the Walmart pharmacy down the street and told me he would send it over there. Of course, when I went to Walmart, they did not have the prescription (even though they had spoke to the CVS pharmacist on the phone). Apparently, the CVS pharmacist did not follow up and send the prescription. I shopped for about 30 minutes while Walmart tried to call CVS but their efforts were futile. I did not get the prescription and gave up. My husband ended up getting the doctor to call it in again (this time to Walmart). It was a terrible experience at CVS, but the Walmart team was very kind, organized and helpful; they did their best. Do not go to this CVS. If you have an issue, you can look up the pharmacist on the Texas Board of Pharmacy and report. I recommend you do so!

Called a day prior to going and they said my meds would be there show up and one is out of stock and had to wait forever for someone to answer the phone

Worst service of any pharmacy around window is not open half the time and employees are rude and never want to check people out always standing around talking

The young man who is working the window right now (12-18-2023 @ 11:12 am ) is the absolute best he has amazing customer service and is very kind even with all the changes that have been made and if I get his name I would love to update with his name we could nothave asked for better customer service during this illness thank you so much

You can not speak to the Pharmacy. They want you to use the internet. How can you tell them they filled the wrong prescription. I am allergic to the prescription ready for pickup. No way to correct this.

You'd think that, with so many customers living in very rural areas, these people could answer the phone for a quick question. You would be wrong. I'm sure they're busy, but someone could pick up the phone every 20, or 30, minutes. I'm emailing up the CVS Pharmacy food chain about this store. I'm a good customer who's had enough. I'll also be noting the terrible attitudes of pharmacy employees. Why not? It's not as though they actually care about their jobs.

They don’t answer phone. They Canceled my delivery and I can’t get hold of them to find out why. This is not the first time I’ve had trouble with their delivery process.
