Wynter and Ross at Atlanta, TX location went above and beyond. I was in a van towing a UHaul and had a trip planned north to Minnesota. The tow hitch was too low for my car. They removed the ball end and tried to reverse it to give me 2 more inches in height. They could not. So Wynter took the part and drove over to a local mechanic who had the tools to reverse the ball to give me height. She brought it back where Ross secured all parts and reassembled the connection. They would not take any monetary tip. I have NEVER seen such service anywhere. I will forever look for an O'Reilly if I need help and hope it find such help as Wynter and Ross gave me. THANK YOU AGAIN!!

Went to purchase a part, and the female employee was standing at the door smoking a cigarette, and as I walked up and spoke, she didn't say a word. I told the other employee about her, and he just ignored what I had just said. Unfriendly staff.or I wasn't welcome. I felt like I was part of the movie Get Out!

My truck broke down 14 miles outside of Texarkana. I couldn’t get an uber anywhere nor could i get anyone to deliver me the parts I needed. I was not expecting any assistance from this stupid re because I couldn’t get it anywhere else. Wynter brought the part out to me within 20 minutes. I don’t even get that kind of help at home. It was great. Thanks again.

Vivian and her co-worker were such a BIG help for me! They got me what I needed to fix my truck, and so much more other info about installation and other parts that the computer system did not have.
THANK YOU.
BTW, I’m back on the road again and super happy with the help I received.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have an obvious knowledge about what a customer needs. Rarely do the not have what I need.

I needed an alternator for an older car. Ordered it online and it was delivered in less 2 days even sent a UPS return ticket. I went to the local store and got the core charge.
