Recently I had to transfer money here in Connecticut to a friends account (Atlanta, Texas). I was personally contacted by Nita who walked me thru the process.She was professional, articulate, and compassionate. Great job and a heartfelt thanks.

Friendly customer service. I've been in there a dozen or so times. Always greeted with a smile. Guessing they were smiling last few times. Covid :( Always get what I went in for. Mostly get money to give to someone else. :( They help me part ways with my money.

I have been a member of Red River Federal for over thirty years and have loved every minute of it. Their service is the best of any credit union or bank I have ever used. Another thing that makes them special is their friendly and knowledgeable employees.

Long Story Short. Paid off a Truck Loan, got letter saying We paid. Then WOULD NOT SEND TITLE. OKLA. TAG WAS SAYING RRFCU SENT ALL LEGAL PAPERWORK to us to get but N0000 had to pay $300. to Attorney to get TITLE. Would not recommend.
