Every person in the store has an attitude, we have spent lots of money, over the last 15 years at this store because it's in the town where we live. This is the second time we went in the store to pay our bill after all these years, and they were very rude too us. It's so disappointing that immediately they were rude, it's almost enough to just make us want to cancel Verizon all together. It's just unnecessary,.

Called first, the person that answered the phone obviously does not know what she is doing. I never walked in the store.4 YEARS LATER...Walked in today, to buy two phones.The store manager was extremely rude and condescending to an elderly customer.These people don't care about selling phones or helping customers. Save yourself a trip.

They were supposed to be open, but I got here and they just had a sign on the front door that said "out to lunch be back soon"... I waited in the parking lot for an hour, and nobody showed up, so I just left.

Newest update: Issue is still not resolved. if you look close you will notice the newest update favors the old update. The only thing different is I got a text saying they were working on it, that was on September 14th and today is the 25th. Again, I wish it would let me pick ZERO STARSUpdate: Issue is still not resolved. I went by there and the manager took my information down. Still nothing after a few days. Zero stars was not an option.I was offered a promotion to buy a phone and the promotion was supposed to be applied within two billing cycles. Cutting the cost of the phone down drastically. When it wasn’t applied and the full price of the phone is still on my bill, I went and spoke with them and they were supposed to get back with me on Monday. (Costumer service was nice) but that only goes so far when issues are not fixed. I’m patient, so Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, nothing. So here we are. Be careful when getting any type of promotion. I will continue to update regarding this issue.

Atlanta TX. The female manager could use a course in customer service. She informed me "SHE IS THE MANAGER", after rolling her eyes. I told her being the manager did not make her immune from decent customer service, but I guess Russell Cellular does allow this. Called verizon and found out they could have helped me, simply by asking for my ID (another training oppertunity for her). Texarkana gets the business from me. Hopefully I will not have to use this outlet again. We will see if Russell Cellular does any more than lip Service.
