2020- Raised my Storage fee again which is fine, What I dont understand is what am I getting for raised rent? Broken service entrance doors? Lights that stay on for 10 Seconds or less, Oh maybe slow or broken elevators. And if you think this place is safe you have to be kidding yourself. The front service entrance door is left open all the time. I have brought this up to management but I guess Upper management doesn't care.
2021/04- raised my rates again and again what am I getting in return? You all have a lot of competition coming and I can’t wait to leave.
Just an update from 2025, still don’t go there they are a horrible company.

The team at Public Storage really knows how to make you feel welcome. Bridget and Kim, in particular, were super helpful with my recent move. They answered all my questions patiently and made the whole process a breeze. It's always nice to find a place with such friendly and efficient staff. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
