This is a criminal online scam business. I ordered parts for them that were specifically stated to be for my vehicle. The picture and the GM part numbers referenced were correct. However the parts were not correct and did not fit. It was claimed by their "support" criminal that it was my fault. I don't know how this could be. They refused to accommodate any return shipping saying that it is always the buyers fault if they order the wrong thing regardless of what their website says.

Poorly made products, no American pride in work or customer service. Did not honor a product that was made incorrectly, probably because it was shipped straight from Malaysia and they refused to do anything about it. The product had to be completely modified and they even admitted it wasn't right but refused to even offer a refund or discount. Do not shop with these people. They are terrible and steal your money. No quality in product or management.

Are you/they OUT OF BUSINESS ??? I placed an order, then NO Contact. Drew $$ out of my account. No answer to Emails, no answer to TWO different phone numbers, Zip, Nada, Zilch. This began on 5/22/17 and as of today, 5/31/17 - nothing!

Follow up from 2 years ago. They failed to deliver the fasteners with some parts I ordered. When called on it, they accused the shop of stealing the parts (about $4.00 worth of parts). Considering that the shop was doing about $70k worth of business for me I doubt it. They refused to believe it was possible they made a mistake. The reason I am posting this today, is that I am looking for more parts for my truck, and ran across their website, and I am still ticked. Neil

Truck parts and service on the phone for ordering is outstanding...... Shipping is poor. I physically live 20 miles from Aubrey, I do understand that there is no storefront and all orders get mailed.... But I ordered on Monday, was told there will be no problem having order to me by end of week since I am so close..... Called on Friday just to check on order and was told that it was sitting there with a shipping tag.....that they had gotten "busy".....I said that I would pay extra for usps overnight shipping....was told "they don't do that". If your not going to have a storefront and not offer shipping options....then please.....please..... get the orders out the door. I like using local small businesses.....I own one......but I could have gone to a larger supplier and had my order by now.
