I can’t say enough good things about this place and the people that work there. They go above and beyond for us to make sure we have our parts and all the information we need in a timely manner. From the parts counter, to the service department and above. It’s always clean in there also.

Hold onto your wallet folks. If Jerry can’t get you on the repair, he’ll get you on the service call + mileage. Was quoted $150 per hour for the service call (my location) plus $4 per mile. Lucky for me the tech only lives a few miles from my farm, and I was the first stop of the day. WRONG! They charged me $4 from the techs house to my place. Then $4 a mile from my place to their shop. The tech was there 2.5-3 hours, and the bill was $832.50. Nothing was repaired. He just diagnosed the problem. My next service call will be anywhere but here.

Took our 70xt to get drive motor leak replaced..was quoted 2 hours to diagnosis problem and jerry would get back to us. When he found out exactly what was wrong. Awesome we don't want to go over 2500 budget.. big mistake telling him that. So less then 4 hours that it could possible be in the shop Friday afternoon. Monday morning we call check on what they found. Jerry says it ready going to cost 2486 to pick it up great u fixed the drive motor leak.ill explain when yall pick it up. Take hour to explain why he charging us 2486.. well sir were farm exempt so we get lucky and save 200 . So we pay 2200. Go to back to pick up machine and it still leaking same exact spot..one of the shop techs walks out looks says I know exactly what's wrong..we look see our inner filter missing not a drop of fluid in resinous. So what did u fix ....we ask. Jerry apologizes my tech wasn't qualified to fix ur machine. Well sir why did I pay for him to fix it ? I want my money back. He begs us to let his other team fix the problem. So we unload it. Let them try to make it right. Days later still no resolving why we were charged 2200.00. Called talked to J.R. front in manager says there going to refund 680.00 still haven't got a refund yet. Well got 640 refund finally
