Closest gas station for two years. They’ve never kept an employee for longer than 2 months max and they close at 9:30 whenever they decide. Don’t count on it being open or a quick in and out

Whoever is in charge of safety at this location needs to be fired and replaced. This happened 20 minutes ago. Auto-shutoff at the pump failed and shot gas all over me, my car, and the pump. Tell the attendant inside and he says they are out of gas cleanup supplies and goes back to checking out customers with Doritos. Circle K or Valero. Whoever it is would have been liable if I drove off and my car caught fire because they were “out of cleanup supplies” if I hadn’t stopped the attendant to fill up a trash can with water to rinse my car. Pump 5 is probably still in use as I write this. It failed on me. I let the appropriate people know it failed. If it fails on someone else, feel free to reach out to me to have your back cause circle K/valero owes me for cleaning up their mess. The owner of this gas station can reach out to me personally at this email to compensate me for filling in this VERY big gap temporarily

I just went in there. Ordered gas. Gave 10 cent off coupon and saw nothing change on screen.. So, before I paid I asked if it went through ok, she said "yeah" and rolled eyes..Well, I asked for receipt. And sure enough- she knew she lied! She just didn't care.I did not go back in and argue over a few bucks, but it sure did show her character and poor work ethic.

The lead CSR Jaqui or whatever her name is, is very condescending in the way she speaks to people. She also comes across very rude. I saw an employee introduce himself to her, and she was VERY rude. Her tone of voice is condescending and I just think she could be a little more respectful and polite in the way she speaks. Working in Customer service isn't for everyone, so if you do not like your job, please find something in your potential.

Circle k is actually pretty impressive when it comes to how much quality they offer in such a small store. Always shocked to find fresh food that actually looks pleasing for a gas station. Even their snack selection is higher quality and had better variety than their competitors. A large drink selection matching other gas stations...Considering how small these locations are, you really can't ask for more.

The new guy with pink hair today just insulted my husband. He swiped his ID and then said he thought his ID was fake because of his name being Justin Beaver. Then he had the audacity to say his name is unfortunate. That was uncalled for!

Just about the worst customer service you could imagine. I set a candy bar down and the lady told me to flip it over and hold it up while she scanned it. All the while her phone was in her other hand. Needless to say the candy bar got left on the counter and I filled my tank somewhere else.
