I am beyond disappointed with this store. I bought a thermometer and it didn’t work. I exchanged it for another and it didn’t work either. I tried to get my money back and the boy said he couldn’t help me. So I’m out $15.

We were in about 9:39 pm & there were three employees. Nothing was stocked & every aisle had full carts. You could not get down any aisle. There was one girl stocking one on the register & one sitting on the floor texting. Kudos to the girl working but that store was DISGUSTING. That close to closing someone should have been cleaning.

KARLY Was so helpful with me locating a make up brand that I couldn’t find it any other store she went over and beyond calling other Dollar General to locate the specific make up. She’s awesome thank you so much once again you rock.

Does anyone even work at this store? We went in yesterday around 4pm and had to wait at the register for over 30 minutes while the girl sat in the office behind the registers. When we finally got her attention she was rude and made sure to let us know she didn't want to help us at all. We tried using the self checkout but she just walked over and shut it down. This place is the worst. I get the understaffed and over worked bc my husband and I are as well but there was no need in the complete disrespect shown yesterday by the employee. Your employees suck! Also they should wear uniforms so they don't look they robbed the store and took it over.

The place is what to be expected of a Dollar General. Good selection of candy and drinks. Staff is always overworked and under paid. Always short on staff to do multiple jobs. I make 2-3 trips a week to my local Dollar General. Dollar General is apart of American History.

Went to this location at 9:20pm and the doors were locked. I saw a gentleman inside who looked like he was unloading boxes of product. Multiple cars/people tried going into the store to no avail. Update your hours if you close earlier.

Thank you Tonia Holloman store #14475 for your patience with my return today. Tonia helped me with a return that was able to save me driving back to the city I made purchase. Women African American manager swearing and throwing the F word around, very unprofessional. Hope this changes or the store will have to close due to lack of sales. I walked out without buying anything

This is one of the worst businesses I’ve ever been in in terms of customer service. They act like they don’t appreciate the money that you spend there. It seems to pain them to help you. Whoever manages this should be ashamed. There is never anyone consistently up front to help customers. The world of self checkout doesn’t work when your machines don’t work consistently. The organization needs to do some serious customer training. It’s sad Aubrey has a business like this.
